The tweet just re affirms the statement made in the January 7 shareholders letter. Initiated re PPA is not new, just suggestions it is more advanced, as per the letter of 07/01.

May have something to do with ASX rules re continuous disclosure. If either or both RMP and OTTO make a release on ASX about this subject, then 88e may have no option but to follow.

You appear to only be happy when unhappy and making life miserable for others.

Posters post when they have something of value to add, that tends to be why they are taken notice of.

Until we get an RNS advising what is happening then there will be few posts or the usual shouts for an echo in an empty room.

One thing is for sure no amount of postings or lack of will affect anything here.

Anyway back to what is left of my portfolio. I will not be adding any more here until I detect the price has found its lower level, where that is I am not sure.

I live in a part of the world were heavy reliance was placed on dams to the almost exclusion of every thing else. results Dams getting to end of their operational life and most due to incompetence got to that point many years ahead of schedule. Dams need to be run off for maintenance and dredging.

Dams also interfere with watersheds and cause micro climates that result in drought and even more run off for irrigation at a time when the dams need minimum capacity to function.

A mix of Power generation source is the best way forward, with base loads being key involving; coal. diesel, hydro and other renewables

assume the shares on the lse were valued at 1$. they then create a USA listing that has 4 lse shares for one unit on the NYSE hence 4$ a share on the use for one USA listed share.

HSBC are an example of this as if you compare the NYSE listed value per unit (share)it is far higher than the UK value per unit.(share)

If we get a consolidation because of good news then the good news may mean sufficient funds for a buy back or a special dividend.

One thing for sure is if the objective is to sell up 88e when are assets are proven, there is no point in consolidating.

If you are looking to sell out then share buy backs are not the way to go. If you are looking to stick around then yes surplus cash can come back as a dividend or a buy back The most tax effective way for both the company and stakeholders tends to be a buy back it also tends to be cheapest as it reduces the costs of managing the register.

DW has created two subsidiaries of 88e and we do not know how they will look if IW with HRZ are sold off. Reducing the shares in issue, with most being canceled and some possibly going to Treasury is not an overnight solution. I am sure DW has got more angles than a protractor, and has all our bases covered.

Suggest you take a look at yesterdays trades by both volume and value for the day and think again.

That does not mean that there will not be a further retrace, who knows

Would be nice to know what is intended there as if nothing else, it is still around. I see Tunisia as more de risked than Hardstoft, Then again I may be wrong on that.
