We've seen this before - always some profit takers after a great run. From a long-term holders perspective, these periods of weakness have always represented buying opportunity, and likely to be the same here - after all Sterling back below $1.30 again. From a trading perspective, it wouldn't surprise me if it drifted back to £11.50, but it would be an outright buy for me at that level. GLA

Companies which appear less than compelling on an EV basis can quickly turnaround when free cash flow generation begins to pay down debt and effectively reduce the EV, and the perceived risk - like I say, virtuous circle territory. I think the stock is cheap enough to take the risk here. Also note that currency exposure will help, whilst change in UK interest rate will have provided a significant fillip for revenues as their banking clients write to all tracker mortgage holders.

So what do we think about these chaps? I think I'm slightly disappointed if I'm honest. I was hoping for a revenue figure nearer to £30m, which on a price to sales target of 5x would equate to a target of 260p. On actual revenue of ~£23m, that equates to a price 10% below current level. 92% growth in eps to 5.6p looks good, although 40x PE not cheap. I'm pondering my position here. Any thoughts?

Amazing!! it just keeps going up huh Mayfield!! What makes me laugh on these Boards is that small AIM mining stocks (which go bust every 5 minutes) get about 1000 posts a day, and yet some of the quality midcap multi-baggers have almost no following on these Boards at all! I would include NCC in this, along with BLTG, E2V, MCRO, RST, and WYG. Crazy!!

Thanks Riv - no doubt this is a great market to be operating in! Main issue here is valuation - 20x 2018 earnings which assumes 25% growth in both years. Difficult to make this a screaming buy IMO.

We'll see mate. All I've done so far is correctly guess that others will buy. Now I need the Company to confirm my view on their business. If they do that, I honestly don't see why this can't trade at 15x this years earnings which is 175p. In the interests of prudence though, I'll settle for 160p by year end...!!

Highly leveraged with the pension scheme, yes, agreed. Still, free cash flow generation of 4-5m should start to reduce this, whilst a PE of 7 does seem to discount this to a large extent. If the revenues continue to grow and costs are kept under control,. you can envisage a virtuous circle where debt is paid down leading to less risk leading to a higher multiple of a growing earnings stream. Good risk-adjusted bet in my view. However, I agree, the vicious cycle could also happen if growth chokes off, or pension contributions rise materially at the next triennial valuation. What fun!

Someone's taking a view - up 10% this week now Fully diluted EPS (incl all options) was about 9.6p year to end March '16. I'm expecting 20% growth this year to 11.5p, so around 11x PE, even after the rise today.

In truth, I enjoy it libs. Baiting trolls is rather fun! He was becoming increasingly irritated, more by the fact that I wasn't than anything else! Anyway, I think we've seen the last of him, at least under that moniker. Should be pretty easy to spot him again though given his 'distinct' grammatical style... Back to LGEN chat now.......

Hi Jolly, Order book plus Unique skillset = visibility. PE Multiple now 11x. Confident? Well, as confident as you can be with a UK small cap (so not completely), but business model, management quality, and multiple help, and mean that this is an excellent opportunity IMV. Of course we can all be wrong so DYOR applies as always! Good luck
