Don't agree ST. Phenomenal growth to date not funded from issuance, whilst cash flow strong. That said, if a transformational deal did come along at the right price, and an issue was needed, I would fully expect the management to ensure that it was earnings accretive in year 1 or 2, and we'd all be happy with that. I also disagree with your view on the cynicism of management - what evidence or past transgressions are you basing that on?

Ok, thanks Seifert. Difficult to work out how a UK-based company with revenues in dollars hasn't just had a windfall from the fall in the pound. How would you explain this not being the case?

Just hit £14.50. Clearly some big buyers around, and I guess this bodes well for the full year figs due on Monday!! My end year price target likely to be hit by end of the week at this rate!!

So I see Matthew Peacock sold his entire holding last week. He's clearly about to exit stage left and with Jog Dhody leaving as well, it's all change at the top. I'd like to see Clawson and the new FD buy some shares to provide us with some comfort regarding their long-term plans.

Agreed Miti. Of course we cannot know his personal circumstances and what he needs the money for - almost certainly entirely innocent and not reflective of any company issues, but certainly a surprising development.

er....no. I think I'd still go with the millions of investors trading in Glaxo, Astra, BP, Glencore etc etc than the far smaller number dealing in an (albeit global) sausage skin maker. Sterling earnings will be boosted by the fall in sterling for international companies - it's a tautology.

Telling us that PBS is a good business, which I think we knew. Issue here is whether the rest of the business annihilates the equity holders, and leaves the PBS growth in the hands of the next owner who buys it from the creditors. Hopefully not for current shareholders, but that's the risk.

Well I am easily confused mate TBH.....I mean, until recently I was working as a waitress in a cocktail bar. That much is true. ;-)) Still don't think the stock has even begun to build in current Sterling Dollar rate yet. Just that alone almost brings the stock back to a single digit PE within the next year or so! Still a buy methinks!
