No Slacker the NHS don't have to buy it. However they probably know that the potential litigation for each individual trust would cost them millions. What would you do if your mother, wife, husband, father or whoever had another stroke which was fatal or left them permanently damaged and you subsequently found out that the relevant trust had not provided preventative clinical treatment that was in line with current NICE guidelines?

Plenty of Solicitors would love a stab at that on a no win no fee!

Sadly looks like yet another British company who laboured with genuine investors on Aim, to see the fruits of their labour destroyed - primarily through our own Stock Exchange.

The Global markets have not trusted London for several years.

Today is yet another example of why retail investors do not trust the London Stock Exchange and why successful companies are leaving London in force (by hostile means) or otherwise.

Genuine investors try to support our growing business's and by default the whole economy - short term personal greed is doing the exact opposite.

Britain is not dead because of loss of industry or the Empire - it is dying because personal greed has long forgotten what it takes to truly support and nurture our own.

On receipt of a positive RNS yes of course the majority of those invested would share that positivity. However deramping a share is designed to suppress the share price as is continuing to post negative comments in a share that you are no longer invested in.

I totally agree. I also find it outrageous that LSE permits such blatant deramping or a stock particularly those that have had such positive news, the deramping is often the spread of misinformation designed to crash or suppress the Sp.

The spread of misinformation LSE states that it does not allow ... yet they allow it every day on virtually every company that receives good news.

Genedrive Sp has been as high as 220p and in the last couple of years 70p, this was with products still in development stage. I appreciate there has been some dilution however surely now they will get some well deserved genuine value into the Sp ... goodness know what that will be but many multiples of where we are now.

I would say it means just that. Within hospitals the normal NHS lab tests are not timely and there are always delays in doctors and consultants getting there test results back during the critical few hours post stroke .... Manchester hospitals have already started using Genedrive to eliminate these delays. Not available would cover labs that cannot give results within the optimum time frame.

I have been watching the fairly stagnant share price for a few weeks now (I have a significant holding here). The last two RNS's did not raise the sp in any significant way, although both should have.

Is it possible Dr Cooley is selling tranches, after all he bought in at such a low price he would be now x 3/x 4 in profit? Dr Cooley selling in tranches controls the share price for the Swiss to then buy in at a lower level. Win win for both at shareholders/sp expense.

Purely my musings but the thought has been playing on my mind as there is indeed a seller in the background that is holding back the Sp.
