Very interesting new Instagram post stating Tanzania is now a Geological Global Leader in Helium. More interesting is that today Blue Star Helium have suspended trading on Asx pending an announcement - this is what they did they did immediately before Helium One's last RNS.

HE1 were 'down' too by an even greater amount until they hit the Motherload in February 2024.

The resource was there ... but until Lorna nearly there was approx. eight years with David Minchin pontificating, enjoying ex pat lifestyle, drilling in the wrong place and finally breaking drill bit.

Within eight months of Lorna taking over we hit the sweet spot - for LTH we know this was despite the on the floor Sp. and years and years of Minchin failure.

So Lorna taking Blue Star Helium .... exactly what she inherited in HE1 🎈🎈

Correcting myself ... Day Trading per se makes not a hoot of difference to FTSE 100 etc.

However ...

Day trading on micro stocks combined with insider trading is destroying Aim, British Business and the integrity of our overall Global Stock Exchange.

This really is the difference between day trading and investing.

When truly invested in a stock one does not squabble about who is in or out.

Day traders will kill micro caps/aim/small UK business - that is a depressing FACT.

Goodness if ever that was so relevant and sadly true.

Mates together whilst ramping or deramping and as soon as a few have differing opinions they inter squabble.

Nothing good within family or business is created by one's own individual self interest (quite the reverse).

Helium One with no money or alternative prospects would be a sitting duck to be played by the Chinese/Tanzanian Government. Without He1 having even some cash to see them through the coming months there would be a hostile takeover and the Tanzanian Government part of that with mining license shenanigans.

Best thing all current Shareholder or indeed day traders could do now?

Sell up and get out OR get behind one of the GREATEST HELIUM discoveries in the word that was discovered by a GREAT BRITISH company with a GREAT BRITISH GIRL at the helm.

Lorna is trying to navigate so much that shareholders are unaware of ... if you are in get behind her!

Who does one think might be buying 2 x 100,000,000 shares in one go ... that was today, there will be much more.

I am sure that many of you will be aware that China began infiltrating Gold mining in Africa in a serious way over thirty years ago - it is now known just how much gold stock the Chinese now hold.

Do you not think they will apply the same investment principles throughout Africa for any Globally scarce resource and that during said past thirty years they will have serious business clout when it comes to Tanzania's mining license/decision making?

I shall not say any more, I could be completely wrong however as I shared earlier just a hunch as to the timing and the reason an alternative HE1 resource was secured quick time in America.

This has nothing to do with a particular Company whether Blue Star or a and another.

Lorna potentially has a Globally huge discovery that HE1 would not be able to afford to develop nor liquidate through JV or buyout if Tanzania mess with mining license.

The Tanzanian Government will have already indicated (told) Lorna who they want to develop it.

IF He1 were to have no other interests they could sit for months quietly running out of cash with a gun to their head and in stale mate with nothing but an exploration license.

Raising funds, buying into Blue Star with an end of October Caveat was a very shrewd move.

The deal doesn't go through until the end of October to give time to ensure that there are no shenanigans with the Tanzanian mining license. Africa likes to do business with the Chinese and this ensure that should god forbid shenanigans start with the Chinese/Tanzanian's re the mining license ... HE1 would have funds to survive. The exploration license would still apply in HE1's name until mining license granted and deal done?

I have thought since the rapid purchase of small time exploration of Blue Star that it was a strategic purely geo political move to protect themselves in all eventualities.

No major will JV or take over Tanzania without EWT results, it would be akin to buying a large listed house without a survey and expecting a mortgage.

This is a hunch but I think a deal is already done with the Chinese. That is why Helium One wanted a foothold in America 'before' the deal was signed. They will allow the Chinese to take Tanzania but as a Company Helium One will still exist as they will have interests elsewhere where they can utilise their reputation, their expertise and the irony use the funds from the Chinese for Tanzania to develop Blue Star.

If the deal for Tanzania had come first without first securing prospects in America then Helium One would be seen to be condoning and Chinese orientated - not good for future prospects.

Thank you Investace, I have never really been sure as to how comparable they are or indeed if even worth mentioning. However as we have just announced the JV in America with Blue Star thought interesting that perhaps the Americans viewed things more favourably?

Who is Laura?

Probably a bit off piste however our Non Exec Chairman James Smith held a very senior position with Chevron, who are heavily invested in areas of Africa.

No major player will sign on the dotted line with HE1 until next weeks results are known and commercial discovery declared.

Chevron is American and I think HE1 taking position in a small company with a foothold in America is part of a larger geographical/political play.

The Chinese are also no doubt interested in Tanzania discovery however if HE1 got into bed solely with the Chinese where would that leave them for future business plans? HE1 would leave themselves purely at the beck and call of the Chinese and Tanzanian government which would be far from ideal.

I think there is much more to this small footing in America than meets the eye.
