Someone kindly shared this wonderful synopsis of TERN with me today and I thought I would pass it on should anyone wish to do a deep dive.

The main investments in TERN is Device Authority (Keyscaler, IOT device authority cybersecurity, machine learning, and AI, cloud service). It has been worked on, invested in and developed for years and is now proven, with Microsoft & Cyberark. Microsoft Azure technology partner of the year winner, part of microsoft automotive software offering, embedded into Cyberark service offerings. Cyberark rumoured to be buying Device Authority.

The other two are Fundamental VR and Talking Medicines, both also welk developed AI solutions and businesses.

Sure Valley Venture Investments are a minor side track. Well worth watching some of the TERN capital markets day presentations particularly the Device Authority sections and updates.

TERN just researching - invested in Sure Ventures as did Mindflair but they also seem to have other big AI associations going on? Thank you was under my radar, shall take a closer look.

NICKTIMS, I would have thought that is one of his primary reasons to avoid any hostile take over particularly when his life's work has gone into this. I only wish we had been given a heads up as I sold over half my holding yesterday .... fortunately I still have a sizable amount.
