Companies House clearly shows Martin Boughtwood as a director of numerous companies, moreover his wife Denise also as a director of some of those same companies - I have no doubt in my mind that her dealings were not done in ignorance, quite the reverse and Martin Boughtwood was aware, both he and his wife are active business people with numerous company interests outside DGI innovate. They took an opportunity to sell at huge profit and should be punished accordingly.
