I think there may be on my posting history something that was dismissed six months ago - I pointed out that if the 'sale' was procrastinated by any bidder for long enough the average annual SP was back to last September levels.

I admit that I bought this somewhat on emotion - I have one kidney and the other in decline as is our NHS.
