I have never seen such a scramble to get their snouts in the trough before feeding time.

Somethings happening in the vqckgeound. The bigger the scramble the closer to feeding time and the tastier the feed me thinks.

Some real desperados on here lately. Only positive, all desperados are one thing for sure. Desperate.

AA have done due dilligence on Arc, Koporoe have done due dilligence on Arc and I'm sure Rothchilds have also done due dilligence on Arc.

The fact that none of the above found any issues IMO means that there are not any issues worth worrying about.

All the smoke being released by MM, GC and the de-rampers is just that SMOKE.

Barking up the wrong tree with regards Casa loan not I am afraid. Loan note only becomes appilicable upon closing of deal. As per below deal I'd not closed. No way Arc could include Casa loan note in cash and cash equivalents.

My take on the selling is the company who recieved MM's shares as security on his loan could well be liquidating the shares to recover their loan.

Don't belive that they are an investment company so probably won't want to hold stock. Sell, recover their capital and lend to someone else is my guess.

SH, I have a very good opinion of NVS and Remys abilities. I would be so heavily invested here if I didn't.

Who knows SH. RNS does say "Diamond drilling activities are underway" and dosent say when the started so maybe.

Anyway, we now know for sure. Drilling is underway, we are drilling deep looking for those stratigraphic traps and discussions are ongoing with numerous parties.

Yes SH, good to get official confirmation. Time to let the drill bit do the talking.

Probably the most exited I've ever been about a drill programme. Find those deep sulphides and we will all be rewarded handomly for our patience.

Regarding news. I believe that the BOD have put out positive news. Its has just not been understood by the market.

BOD believe we assets with significant potential to become a major tier-one copper discovery

Discussions with Anglo American have been positive and continue.

ARC has been approached by a number of interested groups to commence discussions regarding a potential commercial transaction. Arc will commence discussions with them.

In the meantime Arc will continue with thier exciting drilling programme.

What more do people want?

Ella, my understanding is the injunction is that this is against the plant and mining licence. Nothing stopping exploration.

SH, I too find the change in comms regarding commencement of drilling. However, I have no reason to doubt the other poster and I guess you could take the statements from RNS's below to mean we are infact ongoing drilling for those deep sulphides at Fwiji.

25th June "With regards to the upcoming drilling programme, Arc's drilling contractor is now mobilising its equipment at Fwiji."

9th of July "we continue with our very exciting drill programme" Note "continue"

I now believe we are drilling. At pace or not? Who know. Maybe they were barred from announcing commencement of drilling until the EA lapsed hence the continue drilling remark on the EA update RNS.

Think it's best to let the drill bit do the talking. I would now prefer us to wait until after this seasons drilling before finalising any deal.

From the moment I saw that presentation I have been investing all my "spare" capital into Arc.

I trust the BOD and belive we have some of the best prospective copper targets in Africa.

IMO the true value will shine through. Just a matter of when.

Thanks Tom but I've done OK for myself with my strategy. I fully expect to see big returns from this. IMO it is just a matter of time. I am comfortable holding here.
