Really think we are well on our way to proving up our first Teir 1 deposit

For me £200m was fair value on the multiple targets and progress so far even before this.

I honestly think the discovery of the massive sulphides and the stratigraphic info from the drilling will lead to further sulphide mineralisation.

Looking forward to loads more good news over this drilling campaign and the MASSIVE rerate that should go with it.

Agree SeisNav, not a lot of acerage left and none more promising than Arcs.

When you consider Dave Woods 30Mt estimate of copper in the area, the fact that First Quantum haven't found anymore sizable deposits on their acerage and the geology of Arcs acerage it is IMO easy to understand why we have so many interested parties.

The more we prove up, the higher any offer will need be.

To answer the question in the title. I personally believe Arcs licences are worth around £200m as of now.

I base my valuation on similar historical transactions. The most relevant historical transaction I can find is First Quantums, purchase of Kiwara back in November 2009.

Kiwara’s main asset was a controlling interest in a mineral prospecting licence in the Kabombo Dome, 40km East of Arcs Acerage. The licence area included the the. Kalumbila copper deposit, now Senitel and the then Kawako nickel prospect now Enterprise.

At the time of the purchase Kalumbila and Kawako were both Pre feasibility and at a similar stage of exploration as Arc are currently with thier prospects.

The purchase price was $260m = ~£190m at todays exchange rate.

Kiawara owned a larger stake of their license @ 85%. However, factor in the Copper price increase, iinflation, the fact Arc have more targets and IMO its easy to justify a £200m valuation.

ARC Should be trading 6p to 8p. Once seller is done should return to that range pretty quickly.

Find deep mineralisation, release expected positive scoping study news, anounce JV or aseet sale and we should see double figures.

NVS has always professed that Zambia was a safe place to do buisness with a robust legal system.

Despite my own research I pretty much had to take his word for it. However, the last few days has seriously strengthened my belief that Zambia is a good place to do buisness.

My faith in Zambia has been strengthened through the relatively peaceful and smooth democratic elections and transition process. A great example to the rest of Africa how a democracy should work!

My faith in Zambia has been further strengthened by the way their legal system has dealt with the Zamex case. MM and BC had their voices heard but ultimately the truth was uncovered. A great example to the rest of Africa how a fair Judicial system should work!

My faith in investing in Zambia has been greaty strengthened. I hope the faith of the companies in discussions with Arc has been too.

You seem, like me, to have an interest in copper juniors. I never give advice but what I will say is IMO this is going to be THE copper junior to be in. Soon people will realise this and unfortunately for them by that time it may be too late.

Some detials on your questions:

Arc have complete a Proof of Concept Study on Cheyeza East and Kalaba. ARC are ongoing with a scoping study at the moment. Target was to complete the scoping study in the first half of 2021 so due anytime. Detials available in RNS dates 15th Dec 2020.

ARC have been approached by multiple interested parties Pre feasibility study interested in a commercial transaction. Only known intersected party is Anglo American. I personally see an asset sale rather than JV. Others will disagree. Time will tell.

The other interested parties in the Arcs licences is Kopara. A family run investment company based in the Middle East. Here is a link to their website FYI. http://www.koparainv.com/

Regarding debt / cash position. ARC had US$5.3m cash and cash equivalents as of 31 May 2021. As of 30th September last year only debt on balance sheet was a shareholder from Kopara of £3,223,000 which is offset against loans provided to Kopara of £6,849,000. So in reality no debt.
Details on cash and debt positions from RNS's dated 25th of June 2021 and 20th of January 2021 respectively.

My take on the selling is the company who recieved MM's shares as security on his loan are liquidating the shares to recover their loan.
