My gut feeling with all info available tells me AA purchase of Fwiji. Likewise I see an offer North of $500m dollars required to make deal happen. More if drilling proves more sulphides deeper.

If this happens MCAP will need to reflect cash position and other target will also increase in value though the associated geology.

Real potential for a 10 bagger hereand would still have assets to develop. A lot have claimed to be the next GGP. I honestly think ARCM have the pote tial to eclipse GGP.

I also would not be surprised if AA make a move Pre drilling.

I don't think a JV is as nailed on as people think. In a JV scenario, where is Rothchilds fee coming from? It will be substantial.

I agree that AA have had long enough. I personally wouldn't agree to an extension of the EA. AA must want the assets / to do a deal. They've had long enough to decide that much atleast. If they don't offer efire end of EA I would let them join the que.

Everything stinks about this news over the weekend. The timing, the trolling and in particular the narrative of this latest article were IMO aimed at UK investors not the Zambian public.

Their only aim? IMO to spook investors.

There is a hunt on for 25 Million tonnes of undiscovered copper in the Domes region of Zambia. Right where Arc have several promising targets.

Not saying for 1 minute that Arc have all that copper on their acerage. However, given that the geologist who led the hunt for Senitel then Anglo American, Dave Woods, was involved in Anglos technical review of Arcs data and, as far as I am aware, Arc are the only company in the region that AA are engaged with I think it's fair to assume they belive Arc have some of it.

So how much are they trying to prove? Who knows. However, it's fair to say, if things go according to plan the figure could be staggering.

Watched the presentation a few times. Find his understanding of the region and his theories very intriguing.

Peggy, I'm sure SP will drop if no no deal transpires. That's obvious.

However it wouldn't be the end of the story. The value of the assets will still be there to be unlocked either by ARCM alone or via another suitor.

Look at GGP., Newmont walked away from a deal and SP suffered short term. GGP later did a deal with Newcrest and the value of their assets eventually shone though to thier MCAP and SP.

Whether its with AA or some other partner the true value of ARCs assets, whatever that may be, will eventually be realised in its MCAP and SP.

Fully agree Wisha. IMO, the length of time AA have taken over the technical review, due dilligence and negotiation points towards an asset sale.
