My MO is research, find assets I believe in and wait it out for the big gains. I see no reason to change tact here.

Let's see exactly how much Anglo want these assets. My guess is they want it a lot and a deal will be forthcoming.

I think Arc and Rothchilds have played this brilliantly!

I have always been of the opinion that an asset sale / asset sales would be the end outcome for Arc.

There are multiple reasons for this but I think that Remys presentation below at last years Mining Indaba is probably the best insight into Arcs thinking behind the scenes. Worth a 2nd watch.

Olderandwiser, I think the reason Arc entertained Anglo for so long was the fact that all the work we they have done to satisfy Anglos technical review and due dilligence was required in any event.

Arc should now have off the shelf information / documents to satisfy other suitors queries a lot quicker than they did first time around with Anglo.

I also think that Arc will have gained a lot from Anglos involvement, in particular, Dave Woods, involvement. I think the next drilling campaign wil have a much higher chance of hitting the big sulphide deposits through through Dave Woods involvement and his CuSc thesis / mapping. I had never heard Vasillos mention CuSc mapping as a targeting tool before Anglo / Daves involvement.

I feel very confident a deal will transpire with someone before year end. I also think the end of the EA will mean Arc obtain fair value for shaholders. Whatever that may be.

With this level of interest and Anglo already confirming technical approval and due dilligence IMO it is only a matter of time before a deal is done with one of them.

Anglo still want it. They are just not willing to pay what Arc want. Now, they will need to compete against other suitors against a backdrop of a fully funded, deep drilling programme targeting massive sulphide deposits which could confirm the Tier one potential of our assets.

This RNS is clear. There are multiple interested parties, who have approached Arc regarding potential commercial transactions and the board want an assets sale.

Couldn't be clearer and now all confirmed in regulatory news. .

4k that could be a lot of cash to be retained. I am hoping there will be plenty in the kitty for a special dividend and to also progress other projects.

My thoughts exactly Wisha, a significant value assets sale, special dividend and retain enough to fast track exploration in KCB.

If you are a holder the. you are evidently hoping, stupidly in my opinion, given you relative insignificance, to convince people to sell, in the hope it pushes the SP lower so you can buy even more at a cheaper price.

My personal opinion is some sort of asset sale.

I just don't see how Rothchilds are suitably renumerated for a JV. They are advising Arc, so I assume Arc will need to settle their fees. I can't see how the contract between Arc and Rothchilds could have been structured to ensure they get their, I am sure, substantial pay off under a JV.

The only way I see this working is if the agreement is for X% of a sale price upon completion.

If correct, I hope the sale price turns out to be very substantial indeed.

No delays BCB, exclusivity agreement ends 14th of July. I am expecting news on deal between now and then.

My personal take is we are more likely to see an asset sale than JV. Just my opinion though and others are expecting a JV.

Either way I expect some sort of news between now and 14th.

IMO if it was to hit 3p on anouncement of a no deal it wouldn't last very long.

3p values Arc around £33m. No way that could be maintained long term. Especially with drilling due to commence soon.

Risk reward significantly better IMO
