Been building a position back in SOU over last couple of days. Was previously invested here, sold out during the Badile drill. Seems such a long time ago.

Its been a long old wait. Hope I have timed mh re-entry well.

I have been very cautious with regards ARCM and AAZ.

However, following the last RNS / extension, I feel as confident as I ever have that this time the deal will be / has been signed.

The fact they were happy to extend for exactly 13 buisness days rather just go for a calander month tells me they are confident on timings.

I also suspect that the JV agreement has been signed and it is probably just a matter of co-ordination of announcements.

There was a marked change in tone and narrative in the most recent RNS.

Compare the 7th of February RNS:

"The parties have agreed to a short extension of the exclusivity period to 31 March 2023 to allow for final internal approvals and signing of the definitve joint venture agreement and ancillary documents".And, "Until the signing of the definitive agreements there can be no guarantee that Arc Minerals or any company in its group will complete any commercial transaction in relation to its Zambian assets."

With the 31st of March RNS:

"To accommodate the completion of certain outstanding steps, a 13 business day extension to 21 April to the exclusivity under the letter of intent with Anglo American has been agreed." And, "I am very pleased with progress made to date and look forward to updating shareholders in more depth soon."

7th of February = extention to enable final internal approvals and signing of the definitve joint venture agreement.

31st of March = no mention of outstanding internal approvals or signing of the definitve joint venture agreement.

7th of February = standard cautionary note, until the signing of the definitive agreements there can be no guarantee bla... bla... bla...

31st March no cautionary note.

Go figure!

Looks like some positive momentum in the share price. Hopefully continue to rise through until next RNS. Things seem to lining up towards completion of the JV transaction. Glad I bought back when I did. Not long to wait to find out if correct decision or not.

Great news. I'm very happy to hold here long term & confident of significant medium to long term profit.

Momentum looks good. May see resistance at this level but if it breaks through should progress to 100p rather quickly.

Indian revenues + US, UK, Propel mean Saietta will start tunring over mind boggling revenues pretty soon

Well I said I wouldn't post again until I had bought back into ARCM. Built back my position over the the last 3 sessions so guess it's time to unmute.

Why did I feel confident enough to buy back? The last RNS and specifically the dropping of the usual caveat "Until the signing of definitive Joint Venture documents, there can be no guarantee that Arc Minerals or any company in its group will complete any commercial transaction in relation to its Zambian assets" from the RNS.

Gives a lot more confidence that there is nothing untoward going on with the AAZ applications for ARCs licenses.

Hope my faith is rewarded.

Indian automotive powertrain powerhouse AVTEC confirmed as part of eDrive supply chain. The relationship brings together AVTEC's transmissions with Saietta's motors and inverters, both to be made in India Over the course of the initial five years master supply contract, Saietta & AVTEC have capability to produce a minimum of 150,000 complete eDrive units for customers globally. 80,000 units are already reserved for the confirmed launch OEM in India.

Do the maths on the expected Indian revenues. Then add the US, UK, propel etc. etc.

Saietta will start tunring over mind boggling revenues pretty soon.

Excellent news. Hopefully the first of many orders. 2023 should be transformative for Saietta

Flying again this morning. Up 16.95% so far. Got to be some more positive news flow expected

Up over 30% this week and my TA says plenty more to run. IMO no sign of stopping anytime soon so I've just added more

Only had positive news since previous 52 week high of 195p. With this now ~30p I think this could continue to move freely upwards

Seems that previous news flow starting to sink in / get thorough to the wider market. Hardly surprising given:

On 7 March, the supply chain for Saietta's complete eDrive system was confirmed as ready to support its first set of commercial agreements which has been secured with one of the largest OEMs in the Indian light-duty mobility market with production on track to commence in Q3 '23.

Hopefully. I took my first position in Saietta yesterday. Looking good again today. Too early to call the bottom. But lots of upside from here based on IPO and previous highs.

No real negatives since tgese milestonea so think this could rebound pretty quickly once momentum changes

Never posted here before as only took my first SQZ position yestetday. Extremley happy to get in at such a good price and IMO at such a good time.

Regarding Mercuria I personally do not see any risk.

From the proposed acquisition RNS

"Upon completion of the Transaction, Serica and Mercuria will enter into a relationship agreement governing the relationship between them (the "Relationship Agreement"). Among other matters, this will contain provisions designed to ensure that Serica operates independently from Mercuria."

"The Relationship Agreement will entitle Mercuria to nominate two non-executive directors ("NEDs") to the Board"

"Under the Relationship Agreement, Mercuria will agree not to dispose of any Consideration Shares for a period of 6 months following completion of the Transaction (subject to certain customary exceptions). Disposals during the 12 months thereafter will be subject to orderly marketing restrictions."

"In addition, Mercuria has agreed not to acquire any additional shares in Serica or announce any takeover offer or potential takeover offer for Serica (subject, in both cases, to certain customary carve-outs) for a period of 18 months following completion of the Transaction."

"Each of the Founders has separately agreed to enter into orderly marketing arrangements with the Company in the agreed form in respect of their Consideration Shares for a period of 18 months following completion of the Transaction."

So, IMO no short term risk.

Started building my OMI positiion once again. Bought back in yesterday. Its been a long old wait and I had to be very patient but I think now is the right time and right price to get involved again.

Agree with Charlie Danger Mouse. Investing in a company with bo idea what their growth strategy can be a recipe for disaster.

Luckily you seem to have choosen a company with a real tangible growth strategy and the wherewithal to execute it.

You exit based on daily RSI and Stoichastic s whilst I take my first position based on weekly MACD. Guess there's data to support everyone's thinking depending on what we are looking for.

Took my first position in CUSN yesterday. Like the BOD, like the commodity, like he grades, like the location, like the cash position and love the progress being made. So, thought I better start building my position sooner rather than later.

Followong yesterdays RNS, for the first time, I feel confident that there is a pipeline of positve news flow through to see us through to CH1 spud, whenever that may be. 3D seismic results confirming drill locationNT2 test confirming flow ratesGSA confirming commercial terms Pipeline construction and commissioningDevelopment licence Ruvuma licence extensionRevised reserves / resources updateAll this against a back drop of cash flow this year and CH1 to look forward to should, hopefully, see AEX become more interesting to traders and investor alike.

Having missed out on the original SOLG action I was very pleased this morning when I saw that my order was filled yesterday at 16.43p.

Fulmar, you have me all wrong. I try not to post any negative views on companies when I am not holding their stock. However, I felt I had to air my concerns. I hope I am wrong but I would have felt some degree of guilt if i did not and they come true.

I will adopt a warching brief for now. Barring the need to defend myself I will not post here until I buy back.

Yes Chameleon, as I said yesterday I have been super bullish on Arc in the past and yes I called out what I felt to be deramping or inappropriate comments against the company. However, as previously explained at this moment in time my fears over the licences and Anglos applications / intentions stop me holding Arc stock at the moment.

I sold out my holding at 5p last year. I hope that I can buy back below 5p to increase my share count. If I end up paying more and end up with a smaller holding so be it.
