Such a little coverage from main stream media, regarding BRICS meeting news.
I am kind of worry looking at the formation of this superpower, to be invested in pure UK assets.
What do you think USA will do or is already doing, when they realise to slowly but surely loosing control of the money?
Big dilemma, on one side they could carry on subsidising wars destabilising Countries and communities, on the other, they have to deal with rising cost of borrowing and a debt pile becoming ever unsustainable.
SA sorry have to disagree on Yanfolila at "much lower " production. Stockpile grade is still not too bad and beside, overall imo is likely that 80-90k/oz for 2023 will be beaten.
Price entry below 10p? Take a look at macro events, de-dollarization and sentiments toward HUM paying down debit...
As mentioned b4 another important catalyst, will come from exploration essays, everyone is focusing on Kouroussa and financials, but the real value adding news are the essays.
On sp this is the dilemma for lower entry, timing for news is unpredictable meanwhile fundamental are improving, if one is invested here for the long term, imo even averaging up is not a good idea, but please DYOR.
BT
If we can grow cash at hand and pay down the debt this will skyrocket.
===================
That will happen for sure but possibly not in a day or in a month......
Company plans are to repay debt by end of 2024 without considering any Dugbe sale.
Yes price of gold has to hold at these levels for that to happen, imv it will go much higher in 2024 if not b4.
Not much news out from mains media outlets, but BRICS meeting has ended with 6 new Countries joying in.
Just imagine South Arabia accepting other currencies for oil/gas sales ?!
If China start to buy oil for Russia or SA in Yuan or a crypto/gold backed currency POG will go to $3000/oz very quickly..
Anyhow let me come down to hearth....
Looking forward to 3 catalyst news coming out soon here ...
News coming are on H1 financials, hopefully HUM has made a profit all depending how accounting is applied.
Then there are essay from exploration, Hum boss mentioned that possibly that new is one of the most important for value creation.
And there is Kouroussa mine ramp-up.

From a de-dollarization point of view this is the nail in the coffin imo.
The may not adopt the gold standard, but are already experimenting many different bilateral form of trade payments.
Have to say with regret but the West seem f@cked, this what happens when one is a leader and shows no leadership.
BT Stability in Africa is a huge ask, same as stability anywhere for that matter.
How a human been can conceive the construction of a weapon, it doesn't matter who hold the gun the problem is the gun itself.
Hence an endless game of politics and money which these days seem spurred by the pleasure to kill each other.
I have given up trying to figure out who's right and who's wrong, but have to say on the face of it, African Gov. seem to be happy getting rid of ex-colonialist, there must be a good reason.....
On Assimi Goita, warned ECOWAS posted by bonker99.
Watch out. This info seem coming from Twitter, hence total rubbish imv.
My only hope is that ECOWAS wont give in, to Western Warmongers pressure to do anything stupid.
Sound like this guy got too much money....
Rather......Stiffened wounds test (shows) their pride
peace and love
Yes thanks I get your point.
I wonder if wouldn't be possible for Gov. to allow any nation to develop their land?
The weapons industry is still dictating the direction of our lives in some parts of the world, I come from the Hippy generation "peace and love" and am in disbelieve when reading still of people killing each other for interest.
Seriously I am pretty sure HUM BoD will not be concerned with geopolitics, or at least I hope so.
BT
can you tell me where you buy your smoke bro?
It tuck me a good 15 minutes and and some strong coffee to understand the news, but finally got it..
Hum hinted at selling Dugbe in the latest Q2, even strong commitment to create shareholders value and pay down debt, points at that solution.
Now that final legal hurdle of ownership is done and with the Chinese or the BRICS Nation for that mater, looking for gold assets, cashing in on Dugbe should be easy.
This is only my wish though, I am thinking at recent Chinese offer of $200millions for Chaarat assets, which can be compared with Dugbe, DFS ready project...
Sure can't imagine the BoD not mentioning Kouroussa mine status on H1 date.
Other news i am exited about are drilling essay results.
I have a watchlist of some 40 gold miners.
Hum sp of recent has gone against the trend by rising, when most of peers where falling.
Interesting today the opposite happened, where some sp rise have been quite substantial...
The general bullishness and extent of toady gold miners sp rise imo, comes at a great time, when we are expecting news from HUM Kour mine and H1 financials results...
Buys showing as sales. They never get it right. Added more and shown as sales.

Indeed with automated trades and different broker participating to the market, buy and sake price is often different.
Sometime I wonder if this is done in purpose or just pure laziness.
I am amazed when I get a message from my broker saying, we have improved you trade by £.....
Volumes up sp up that i good enough for me.
Yes nice bounce and the RSI suggest still plenty of run up to oversold.
Politically Niger is not a factor see article below.
I think current sp rise was long overdue on any levels for HUM and is even more solid in the current context of lower POG and gold miners sp...
Kouroussa mine must be near commercial rate of production, just realised that H1 financial results probably wont be out till mid September, (past dates differ widely...) so likely Kouroussa ramp-up will come as separate new!?
