Yesterday POO was rejected and likely to follow lower, maybe looking to close the gap at 67ish WTI.

I am looking for a lower entry. Albeit today BP sp has held well compared to POO drop, one would is the bottom, but I wonder if POO in the same way it

shot up above average will not drop further comes Friday IF all the signing and agreement take place.

I wonder if WTI wants to fill the gat at 67ish?

Last quarter saw 1 month of high oil prices contribution for EPS at 21c

This quarter full 3 moths....wild guess EPS above 30c, we could see 2026 getting close to £1

maybe wishful thinking.

Will be interesting to see the disconnect between POO and real cash market price.

It seems to me that in the last few years the markets have change dramatically

in the way they reflect the real offer/demand of the instrument in question.

Prices have become too virtual and disconnected with cash real market reality. Take a look at what happened in the precious metal market

with spikes in price of 30% in one day.....crazy, and share price also are following this trend.

For POO is no exception. My conspiracy theory is that the US administration, its media circus and with the help of the tech/media oligarchs

have colluded in a strategy "make America great again" to manipulate the markets for the interest of the USD supremacy

ie. to fight depolarization first and foremost. More and more speeches and announcements from the US admin. but also from leaders of industries are mainly aimed at moving even if ever so slightly the market and prices. Timing is the essence here, for if for example Trump makes a great Iran pace Announcements, exactly when the 5 minutes candle of the POO graph is close to a support level, then the orange clown and his mafia friends, will be able to break trough resistance and change all the financial algorithms around the world of automated trading platforms. This is why the narrative from Trump administration is so disconnected from reality, because their aim is only USA financial interest and the algorithms, not geopolitics, pace or Iranian nuclear ambitions.

This is WTI hourly, in a wedge since March recently in a much more narrow triangle.

IMO the bottom red support line would represent a pace deal with reopening Hormoz,

which is something ever more improbable.

The wedges are coming to an end "pivot", maybe in conjunction with world oil reserved running dry

hence the probable outcome is a brake on the upside. I'll stick to techs because trying to predict what will be the next geopolitics

is impossible. Is fair to say though that the pace deal has two big problems, one is the technical feasibility of how to implement this agreement and the other is the will of implement it, the egocentric stances the personal agendas, the pride and political implications of any agreement. This indeed could become another Vietnam for the USA.

This is definitely on the card.

If there is a sing to look at for this imo is the ever POO technical.

Since the start of Hormuz closure and the spike of WTI price, it settle at ever higher lows, indicating an average longer terms

higher prices. Also inventories depleted will need replenish once/if Hormoz reopens, this could create a spike in demand which effects POO

much more than the current dynamics.

On the geopolitics, beside the logistics on delays to reopen Hormoz, I find it difficult to believe that Iran

will give up unconditionally the one and only leverage point it has and also accept humiliations and economical damages.

US and the orange clown, are saying that eventually after reopening the strait and abandoning nuclear ambitions among other conditions,

Iran will be compensated by virtually, getting back what it was Iran assets in the first place.

But knowing the nature of the people behind the clown, I can more conditions attached to it, things like US controlling Iran

oil and becoming another Venezuela.

From a short term view of BP share price, I read that national stockpile reserves are depleting fast.

By end of June they will get very critical id Hormoz doesn't reopens, with oil price forecast to reach 140/160 $

Now assuming that even if Hurmuz reopens today, it will take few months for the normal supply flow of oil to resume.

Doesn't this dynamic warrant of definite higher oil price in the near future?
