They are funding. Why would they need inventory.

Taking your post at face value, I'd suggest the plan is prove the resource and extent of it. Get a JV to pay for it all.

These are world class assets so that shouldn't be a problem.

As to the infrastructure, there's alot in place already and I would suggest going through the previous presentations pre covid where GF discusses such things briefly.
