BigDAVE: previous to my post about the compulsory strike off fro Excalibur Medicines and your reply
"EML has an audit exemption for a subsidiary so not required to submit accounts separately. IT glitch perhaps, accounts past due date but exemption not processed?"
Looking back at this on the companies house website:
the previous tax year had an exemption from audit, but not from submission of accounts as that years accounts were still filed ( on 16th June being the same day the audit exemption was filed).
This year the audit exemption was filedin April but no accounts have yet been submitted, hence the strike off.
From the confirmation statement(20th June) I notice the 62.03% stake held by International Medical Supplies Ltd ( the parent company of Excalibur) have been transferred directly to Chris Evans (Director).
This suggests he might be expecting something big but excalibur haven't yet finalised negotiations over AZD 1656 with conduit, hence the late filing....although this shouldn't affect a previous years accounts.???
