So, after the new shares are admitted, if the current market cap of £15.77m is true ( based on todays share price) then the new share price would be 1.36p.

If the share price were calculated from the asset value of the company ( as per recent accounts) it would be about a third of that (0.45p). Its hard to get an exact figure as to what this actually is as the bonds were rescheduled and therefore not included. Retained losses are now £75million !!

So about 1p of the current share price is already based on expectations of the whatsitcalled asci methodmadnesschipthingamyabob....coming good

As per FGs rollover again suggests no imminent court settlement . Will our main bond holder follow suit ? Who knows.

If they sell at current price it’s a 45/50% return . So you could argue they think this is as good as they’ll get …..or convert now for even greater returns .

Eufingest have the same deal with a lot more bond debt ….

At current exchange rate they should have only got 85.4 million shares . Depends if they sell or hold as to whether any major affect on share price . I’m sure there will be arguments either way !

I notice Cornerstone is having a bit of a surge today??

Obviously the political backdrop and lack of commitment long term to North Sea oil and gas is a major problem. I'm on the fence with that one as in the longer term it is a dead duck, but in the medium term if Deltic manage to get a good crop of prospects that are guaranteed to be able to be seen to fruition ( if commercially viable) then they may well see a bumper harvest. Gas will still be in demand for the next 20/30 years at least and it has got to come form somewhere. It's possible to make a good environmental and political case for using the current infrastructure to extract on our doorstep rather than importing from abroad.....so fingers crossed we are still on to a good one here 👍

Can buy now for 1.1375 in old money, which is shockingly low considering where this share was at not so long ago, and on reasonable news. I have orders in around 22p (1.1p pre consolidation) although it may drop further before news lands. I can see this rising to 35/40p on news of licence awards, although it will no doubt drop back again until a firm drilling decision is made. I wonder if RBD will make an offer again. It wasn't far off this price they offered a few years back!

Looking through all the patent stuff on-line there is no specific target for re-examination of patents but they try to do it within 2 months, or at least within the 48 month'general' target from the original filing. So that would be September 2025. If this target is from the amended application then that would be April 2027. But as I guess as they have already looked into it it is just clarifying whether it is in excluded territory or not. Currently the patent office think it is excluded form being patentable, and QBT do not.

It was three months last time and the same arguments were being used that a shorter time frame was more positive. Its just a bit of a game. He could just repurchase them, but probably doesn't have the money, and the rate is going up all the time. And a longer delay suggests news is not imminent. A shorter delay will suggest news is not far away, but to be honest who knows?

CIZ hasn't been disastrous as a company JB, just your investment timing. We've all been there and done it. Hopefully you will get your money back there as it's heading up again nicely now

VELA din't invest in CIZ Joe, we just happened to be aligned on the AZ trial and both shares could benefit massively when the conduit merger goes through.

Jambone: I read and listen to what FG says, I just don't reach the same conclusion as you or the ramping crew. It is not that hard to take a step back and look at this company objectively and reach a pretty damning conclusion as to the viability ( or even legitimacy) of what is being talked about by FG and his BB mouthpieces.

The question to ask is why is this 'new direction' r&d venture, potentially viable or not, bolted onto an existing company crippled with debt and entangled in historical litigation ?

Definitely perking up. Now got 250k of shares @ 1.96 average after toping up yesterday.
