Indeed! Lucky I noticed before the bell and cancelled orders!

Remember eufingest can convert each £1m of half of their bond debt for 100m shares ( equiv of 1p not 1.4p) …up to 360m shares in total , at any time .

Why wouldn’t they if all this good news in the pipeline ? They’d make a killing ….unless of course they know something different ….

So going from todays announcement the issued shares would increase by over 10% if all options exercised …which would in turn dilute the overall share price to an extent….and eufingest can convert millions of pounds of bond debt at 1p ( the at any time)

So figure that one out

You have to pay for them at the nominal share price …so in this case 0.25p.

So if you exercised 5 million option shares when the price hit 5p you’d pay £12.5k for them but could sell them for £250k ( in theory )

I had to look up what I sold my remaining holding for, post consolidation, and it was 1.65p ( equivalent of 33p in todays money). That was at a loss, albeit not a huge one as my average was 1.8p or thereabouts. Been in this for years since Cluff days and looking back money was only to be made on the expectation of good news As soon as good news landed ( which it has consistently if unspectacularly) then it has been sold into.

The background climate is not conducive to build good news on these days....although I still have a sneaking feeling that DELT still have a few tricks up their sleeves and it may be good for a trade 20p to 25/30p.

It was only a £4.8k sell JB , a £30k sell would have been 166 million shares @0.017p and more notable .

I added 5m today .

I enjoyed this weeks rinse and repeat. 1.425 to 1.95
