Suthy: even if QBT have a viable bolt on bit of software that can enable traditional machines to mine 160% faster, it doesn't really compare to a computer that can calculate something that would have taken traditional computers 7 years ( if I remember the link someone posted earlier in the thread). What % increase is that I wonder?

Just because something is handed on, such as the options in this sad case, doesn’t mean they will be worth anything . It’s just a process .

I bought in previously at an average of around 1.6 and sold at an average of about 3p. I'm back in with 175k of shares at an average of just over 2p, so about 12.5% down on the current bid. I feel very confident of another good return and possible a very,very good return. Just need to be patient ( as with VELA as you know Joe)

It's not a case of whether bitcoin is here to stay. It's whether QBT have a viable product that can generate income.

Given the perilous, near catastrophic financial situation the company is in it is hard to objectively and rationally see this as anything other than an exercise to keep the lights on until the court case monies are recovered.

Given that the recent RNS was ( to my mind) notably downbeat on the recovery process compared to previous communications, then we are looking like we have wandered into the last chance saloon.

You would expect an R&D company to be in the red for a period . But the losses year on year here are quite staggering .

RKB recently told me to hold ( and not trade) as this company was ‘changing’. How?

In my opinion (still) they are desperately clinging on until the court case money comes in . When ( and if) that does , debts will be discharged and that will probably be it .

Maybe, but they are developing a product and the whole put option/sgsc thing is separate from that .

Our update was a snapshot of a time long past and we could have sold part or all of any current investment and won’t know for 3/4 months .

Best to just keep tabs on the live value as far as we can tell , which still has the sp well below fair value
