I don't think the current market cap even takes into account our existing value of investments ( EXCLUDING the PUT option. So the value of conduit shares we will hold ( if all goes well) should effectively at least double the current market cap ( as reflected in the share price)...i.e about 0.025 to 0.03pp

The award of the licences from the last round must be soon.

The price drift is getting to that point where the risk reward is more compelling.

I went from 22p to about 35p last time, albeit on a modest investment.

The general climate in this sector is quite turbulent but this may well be a good bet with what it already has progressed, regardless of any future awards or political decisions. I'm looking at 25p buy win but the awards could land any time and I may miss the boat if I wait too much longer.

Excalibur Medicine Ltd are actually the company that own the rights to the Covid patents of Az1656 and are invested in by Igraine and also vela via sgsc.

So if they had been struck off it wouldn’t have exactly been good news. As bigDave pointed out it was probably a paperwork error .

But I believe this is the hidden part of the conduit deal as there has been no indication of what deal they have come up with as they don to have to RNS it .

It would be strange that vela has a put option for its investment via sgsc and Igraine does not .

The interesting part of all the murf filing documents is what a large proportion of the shares in the merged company ( conduit) will be held by sgsc …I think over 7%. That’s a lot of money .

Igraine will no doubt benefit hugely from this merger and we are a major stakeholder in Igraine .

Could be a win win win this week 👍

Pedro: that company is legit. The website I stumbled on was a scam using the same name and address.

Nothing to do with FG or QBT

My first post of the day was in reply to RKB:

That is simply part of our years of gentle ( and always civil) sparring over this company.

It reminded me of another duff investment (imho)…miner one Ltd. In looking for that on companies house the mineronepro website appeared at the top of the search list . I thought it unusual to have the same name so scrolled through and saw the same address as FG used for all his companies . My initial response was to think if this is ‘live’ why not RNS.

Then I delved a bit deeper and posted “ it looks like a scam platform’ It turns out it is .

My previous post to that “ Different approach meaning a scam cloud mining site ?” in reply to mrhanji could be taken either way but in the context of an unfolding story it’s pretty below the belt of posters to suggest this was all for a trade.

I’ve done the company a favour in alerting them to a scam platform that nobody else spotted…and it’s been up for weeks. All by chance .

Not with this share . Have just 100k of shares at 1.425

Steve: I’m not trading this atm. I just spotted the company by chance and noticed it had the same address…and let you all know . I also gave my opinion it was a scam…which is apparently correct .

It went to 4p plus recently prior to the put option being announced.

If all goes to plan the merger should give an uplift here and also with Ciz …but this is aim so we probably need the merger to go through PLUS a bit of positive news elsewhere to really get the price going .

I think 50m at 0.02p is a very good bet.

I understand the uncertainty with delays / changes of detail with the merger etc. but its effectively not even priced in at the moment . Add to that current investments with have been seriously struggling are turning the corner.

Even the tribe investment we are 25% up on....and have probably sold a % already.

The next update should be far healthier than the last one.

0.03p for starters. 0.06p for fair value.

It’s all in place …lots of money involved…but not quite as much as originally envisaged for conduit ….George st capital have a big stake …shouldn’t affect the negotiated put options for vela/Ciz
