This was interesting re SGSC accounts:

During the period, the charity held 1 . 1 b shares at £0.001 per share in Vela Technologies P l on behalf of Conduit Pharmaceuticals Limited, who had beneficial ownership. These shares were transferred into the name of Conduit Pharmaceuticals Limited on 14 September 2021.

They did actually release accounts last week .

But EML have rights to all the possible outcomes of Az1656. If conduit paid CIZ and vela the equivalent of around £7.5m just for their small % interest in just the Covid aspect then Igraine’s 2% of EML might be quite a lot

I wonder why there hasn’t been an update from Igraine on all this ?

I don't need to mention what I'm up to trading wise. Been in Vela and Ciz a long time. Have 25m VELA now and 500k of CIZ

I sold half my vela and doubled stake in CIZ whilst under 2p. Working so far ;)

Igraine are involved in az1656/sgsc and we hold over 25% of Igraine shares .

Be interesting to see how they have been tied up in any deal to buy the rights for AZ1656 by conduit
