In December 2020 Vela invested £200,000 in Cornerstone in a private placing by subscribing for 400,000 new ordinary shares of 1 penny each at a price of 50 pence per ordinary share, thus valuing Cornerstone at £8.3 million. Additionally, Vela received 400,000 warrants with a 5-year term, each warrant carrying the right to subscribe for one Cornerstone share at a price of 50 pence."

Obviously way down, but holding was 10% of original stake, now 35%.

A way to go admittedly but the final results would have priced CSFS nearer 5/6p

Cornerstone has really picked up Andy. Up 116% over the last 12 months

It was just under €10 exercise price Joe. The consideration was £3.25m not US$

I think effectively we get more shares for our money . Ciz exercised at just about $10…so currently over £1.15 million down at current CDT price .

Maybe VELA for once have made a strategically astute decision !

I was the one who found it!! ....and warned people on trust pilot too...so yes I do know that. Miner One Ltd on the other hand was a company set up by FG which attempted to mine bitcoin in a burger van in a car park in Serbia....and not surprisingly it didn't end well.

Hi Jambone. The thing with ARB is they mine bitcoin. QBT attempted to mine bitcoin ( through Miner One) and it all went a bit Pete Tong. They are now attempting to break through in some kind of aspect to improve the performance of bitcoin ( and other crypto) mining through various methods and thingamybob widgets/add ons/ software upgrades etc etc.

So far no deals and no patents confirmed. My gut feeling is that they have missed the boat and are falling behind the curve in this field, which is uncertain anyway.

That leaves money recoveries from litigation which so far has amounted to nothing, despite being owed a few million ( to cover historical debts plus. bit more for FG's pension pot).

So 0.77p might be a tad optimistic........

Positive RNS’s this morning from MtI and SKL.

The period covered in the quarterly was the low point for VElA with many investments now bouncing back ( but not all )

Agree Mr. Positive: If we exercise after 10 days of a low rolling average we are likely to be quids in in the anger term.

We only know about CIZ and VELA 'put' options. There may well be other agreements with EML/IGRAINE/SGSC and othersetc. and a bit of manipulation going on to keep the share price low.

Who knows.

During the period, the charity held 1 . 1 b shares at £0.001 per share in Vela Technologies P l on behalf of Conduit Pharmaceuticals Limited, who had beneficial ownership. These shares were transferred into the name of Conduit Pharmaceuticals Limited on 14 September 2021.
