Although like other recent news , I would be surprised if a decision to appeal will set the market alight. Nor would a decision not to . Some cash now...or possibly more after a very lengthy legal process. Great ! 😩

How do we know Ade2017? I’m assuming you think we WILL appeal , and I agree they should do that But why wait the 60 days? Get it lodged and in the system , as it’s notoriously slow in taly, so any appeal may not be heard for months. . if not appealing , likewise ...state the fact and get the cash that’s in the bag from the auction . And if any option has already been decided and sectioned let the shareholders know !!

Only if the exclusivity deal falls through...which is unlikely IMHO.. I bought a million at 1.1p back in 2016, so it can happen.

..is the when I believe the 60 days are up to file an appeal to the high court re the Mediapolis land , or earlier, depending upon when the judgment was actually delivered. I remain surprised they haven’t made a decision . If they had lodged an appeal immediately the case may be due to be heard soon . What benefit is there in delaying an appeal...or for that matter delaying deciding not to appeal, as the money from the auction would then be well on its way or already banked? This company remains frustrating.

2p WAS the floor ( or 1.6 to be precise). It won’t fall back before news (IMHO)...and good news will see a step up to 3.5/4p initially. No deal or an extension and 1p is possible , but that’s the risk. I’m expecting good news by weds, but always have to prepare for things unraveling. GLA
