It’s interesting to guess the reason for the drop. Is it real, manipulated, imagined ? Volume has been negligible, so personally I don’t think any one person/ organisation is playing this. MMs will be aware of drop losses and buy/sell orders and will be attempting to create a market out of nothing , which they could equally do by drifting up as opposed to down . Good time to fill one’s boots. This company is now so cheap I’m surprised it’s not just snapped up ...but maybe that is the reason for the manipulated fall ?.... or maybe not . GLA

Eufingest’s 14.28% is worth about £358k I would hazard a guess that an equivalent % is held by a very few private investors , and even the few of us who post on here may hold 8-10% Although patience is being tested ...which is probably a tactic....it’s hard to see how this price can be sustained .

I agree. One could now buy 50.1% of the company’s shares for £1.27 million ....less than cash about to be banked for the land .

Even though the FC settlement could have covered these loans I imagine the continued short extension is so they can be repaid through cash recovered and banked with CkearLeisure17, over which Eufingest have first charge . The short extensions suggest something imminent, although I don’t think the previous extension would have imagined the money from the auction as it looked likely to be appealed....unless they were never going to appeal? More likely another case will be tied up soon. But which one?

A nice million buy half an hour ago didn’t shove the price upwards on bid or ask ...

Volume has been minimal ...only £30k of shares have changed hands .

PBV and Geosim both look very good bets and should pay dividends. Either could be bought out in the next year or two, or we may up our stake in them. Not sure about RTO scenario though As for debt claims and recovery it seems painfully slow , but I would guess near £10/12 million will be recovered in all after costs over the next 2 years , mainly Sipiem and Mediapolis. I think at best sosushi will be £300/500k out of court . Miner One sensibly mothballed . All in all nothing unexpected but not an RNS to get the Adrenalin rushing ....

Hello RKB, From memory wasn’t the ITV teletext ‘Oracle’ ? An oracle would be useful here, but in general I agree, accumulation at these stupidly low prices is probably a wise long term move . I would also stop below 3%, but only half way there so far ! Can now buy half the company for approximately the same price as the money from the land auction , which just highlights how out of kilter the price has become .

If you are referring to me , I haven’t posted anything negative....or reported any posts . The issue with posts disappearing here and that of llive prices is the same....software glitches . It happens all the time on here, and with HL ( who hold my shares) often don’t display correct live prices for less liquid stocks. Usually if there is no trade in the last 15 mins it reverts back to showing the change in the mid price, not the change relative to the last trade and previous closing price...if that makes sense .

At current prices one could pick up 50.1% of this company for £1.75 million which is a small fraction of the money being recovered.

I reckon quite a high %, maybe 5-7,% is held by a relatively small number of pi's that post on here, that you could probably count on one hand (even without RolexJamie). That's not an insignificant amount.

Quick question re bedding down. Is the bedding down limit capped at the annual ISA limit of £20k, or can it be up to this PLUS any unrepaid withdrawals made in the last tax year. Was just about to ring my broker about this. Eg if I had £50k in an ISA , withdrew 20k of that , could I then bed down £40k ( assuming I hadn’t used any of my allowance) from a trading account ?

I have previously mentioned converted bondholders selling as a scenario, although there is no evidence for this until the % held in various nominee accounts is updated, and as RKB has mentioned, even if one or more had sold a few million shares it might not show up as a huge change in %, as others win the same nomineee holding could have bought in..

Just to note the MMs would take 3 million shares in one go this morning in a dummy sell, which is considerably more the in recent weeks...and no, I haven't sold any shares Spary ! ;) I could be MMs stocking up, or maybe someone just put in a large buy order at 0.55 or so, and they are shaking to fill it.

I'm not expecting delay Spary...there has already been substantial delay. I was simply answering law students post as he was under the impression the appeal was lodged on 1st Feb.....where as my opinion is that it has not yet been lodged, or if it it has we should have had it confirmed with an RNS.

I stated I was quietly buying (which I have been) in response to a suggestion I was selling shares and had gone elsewhere (which I haven't).

The price is low enough to make it a risk worth taking, and the company is on an improved footing compared to where it was . You could say it has doubled in value, but as there are twice as many shares in issue then the price has remained low, as has sentiment.. I would expect 1.1 to 1.3p value, but it could spike higher before settling back to that, on news f Ondaland and the realisation of the rest of the Mediapolis assets due. The land sale is already priced in....although a direct assignment...which is what they are after, would be a real boost.

That is not a statement confirming an appeal has been lodged with the court...in my opinion. Its a statement of intention to do so. Previous appeals have always been confirmed with an RNS when lodged.

As for "previous antics' I have never done what you suggest.

You can believe what you want Spary1. I was replying to law students post. There IS ambiguity as to whether they have appealed YET, but they have clearly indicated they intend to. I personally don't believe they have yet filed the appeal. But it's hardly cloak and daggers stuff. Just dragging on too long IMHO and a simple confirming RNS would be welcome.

I agree the wording is more ambiguous than previous RNS's. The previous failed appeal that was subsequently appealed was RNS'd when filed on 28th October.

If the appeal had already been filed by 1st Feb there would have been no need to mention the 6 month deadline. My reading of the situation was that they had not yet FILED the appeal. But the wording could conceivably be used as enough to not issue an RNS....although a simple one stating the appeal had been filed would be more welcome.

I agree with your comments re Allenby brokers valuation a1m1...but it is still worth a lot more than 2.25p by most peoples reckoning.
