We have had several of these bounces in recent weeks. Shows it’s primed, but needs some news to get things properly going .

On 1st Feb the company said: “Notwithstanding the extended deadline, the Company has already instructed its legal advisors to draft and file the appeal.” on 21st March it said, “While Clear Leisure is still evaluating with its lawyer the possible opportunity to lodge an appeal to the High Court, Clear Leisure 2017 Ltd, the wholly owned subsidiary of Clear Leisure and the beneficiary of a first charge on the land up to an amount of €2.68 million, will request the assignment to itself of the €1,958,374 proceeds of the auction, less auction and administrative costs.” It would be nice to know what has actually happened here?

6 months is up to appeal to the high court. I think it’s fairly clear they have long ago decided not to. An RNS confirmation would be good though, and to say the proceeds of the auction have been banked with CL17.

£500 buy only....and now the ask is back down to 2,25 Good RNS but already factored in IMHO.

I think there is a lot of positioning going on here, but it’s not even worth trying to second guess the MMs motives or where it will go next... or to worry who’s doing what with their holdings . Buy some at a price that feels right and with a bit of luck sell them for a bit more . The highest notified trade today was actually a sell@ 0.43. This is the third pump up the MMs and /or holders have tried in recent weeks , but no demand has followed .

Well you don’t need anything to perk you up RKB ;) Maybe something to calm you down ....like looking at the current share price ;)

From my perspective we will shortly bank the €1.9 million for the land, less costs....so probably around £1.3/£1.4million in the end . Probably half what might have been expected but still 59/55% of current market capital on its own .

Just to give my 2p worth ( eventually 5-7p + worth)... ;) A1M does argue a scenario that is not without merit or worth consideration as an investor ....but to my mind is too obviously tied in with an agenda ( although that is impossible to prove) Exploration , if he has an agenda, at least presents his arguments in an unbiased ‘here it is’ way and whether right or wrong doesn’t resort to the kind of relentless ‘scare’ tactics used by a few to try and drive home their point of view. Investing here is not without substantial risk. But 2 licence tie-ins with Shell and a share price below the announcement of either? Surely some mistake .... ;)

Happy birthday RKB, Are you suggesting you have over 17.3 million shares to have to be careful of going over a 3% holding with a modest buy?

Posting “ code 1: standby” is not market abuse A1M regardless of whether the said person bought that 1 share or not . Neither is constant negative posting .

Looks like the price is rising in response to a bit of buying pressure. Hardly market manipulation...the buying of shares !!?

I’ve just added 180535 and 221957 @2.25p for the longer term . Likewise ( Dickupham) I will not engage in the pointless discussion on here. I’m happy to take the risk even if it goes lower shorter term .

It would be not unreasonable to suggest that market sentiment regarding this share could well be a reflection of how they have dealt with the Mediapolis land..... no bid ( despite it being allowed) several appeals rejected and now the six months is almost up to take it further and yet we have a series of occasional updates which have gone from lawyers being instructed to lodge an appeal to we probably won’t as the money from the auction has already been processed and the land assigned to the bidder . A bit of a shambles...and that was the bit CLP had first charge on....and it’s been lost to the lowest possible amount.

Very strange trading day. The mid price closed a shade higher after way more sells than buys and an intra day spike . MMs testing the buying pressure like last week, and finding there is not much there ? Or a bit of behind the scenes adjusting before lift off ? Who knows. But d oes anyone care any more ?

I don’t know much about bitcoin technology. I would have thought you carry on mining them and sell when the price is right, even if it’s below cost price at the time of mining . Maybe it costs a lot to store an unearthed algorithm . In any case it’s a minor part of the setup here.
