I was limited access....that account got suspended after logging on issues and as I had already created a new one I left it at that .... LSE were hopeless in helping to sort it out . Anyway .... 10p long term not unrealistic . I wouldn’t look beyond that .

Now being back at the level it was before yesterdays RNS you can’t argue that the second shell option wasn’t already priced in . Still looks a very attractive long term Investment though . I’ve set orders to buy around 2.45

We should be used to them going to the wire by now !

An annual report couldn’t ‘not’ include details on the shell option. So expect a 7am RNS on that . But quite true...they could have issued today’s RNS at 4 pm tomorrow !

The CLNR website is rather poor considering. For example if you click on information for licence 2252 there is no mention that this is subject to a farm out with Shell . In fact you are guided to documents as if you were a prospective interest in ‘farming in’ !! Of course that farm out was subject to a JVA and 6 month backstop .

He is correct in that it’s not available to download from the website ... which is shoddy ...but par for the course in small cap aim outfits I’m afraid

Same pattern as before the last announcement announcement. Means nothing, but people will read into it what they want.

The big trades today ( subsequently cancelled) were HL ballsing up a bed and ISA instruction I placed a couple of weeks ago which had somehow stayed in the system . I briefly had £10k credited to my account and did a dummy buy for nearly 2.5 million here . I wonder how they would have dealt with that if I’d clicked accept ! Meanwhile patience remains the order of the day ....

Algy stepping down before the tying up of the second licence with shell could be read two ways . He’s seen enough to know all’s well and is happy for others to take the helm now ....or he wants to be out of the way when the proverbial hits the fan . I think they ran out of time earlier in the year to properly sort both licences and pushed the first one through with enough ambiguity to unsettled longer term investors . Hopefully the extra 2 months negotiating this one will reassure those same investors ..... assuming shell take up the option.
