I wasn't making a personal attack on you....just stating I thought the trade was a sell...and why.

I believed the2.99 was a software issue. Closing price is usually the mid price, which was 3.10 at close. The last trade was 2.99 and the software adopted this as the closing mid price ....it happens occasionally. The 1.5mil trade was a sell as at the time the buy price was 3.15 ( and advertised offer was 3.20, which would have been the price to buy in larger quantity ) But the market absorbed it and in any case....

Price didn’t drop though.

In the November RBS they could have just mentioned the extension bit by the deadline and not the exclusivity agreement, which points to it being a very probable deal . We will find out very soon whatever!

Just to add...I don’t actually know what the ‘form’ is in these situations , but I would imagine a listed company would be obliged to say they had entered into an exclusively agreement , wven if the company itself was not revealed . If another listed company had done so at the same time as us then we could all have put 2 and 2 together .An interesting point of discussion.... I don’t think anyone knew INEOS were involved with a similar agreement with CNOOC until they pulled out ....but then they didn’t have to alert shareholders as they aren’t listed.

One thing I haven’t noticed being discussed is that there was seemingly no simultaneous RNS issued by the counterparty stating they had entered into an exclusivity agreement with CLNR over the licence(s) in question. This suggests to me a non listed major ....answers on a postcard ....as surely a listed company would have to let its shareholders know if they had entered such an agreement ? It’s exclusive not anonymous .... INEOS anyone ? ;)

Some canny investor seems to have picked £50k’s worth in 5 spectate buys this morning . It’s looking strong, with increasing volume and not much profit taking.

That’s true Rusty , but I don’t think there is a concerted effort to dump shares and influence the market, certainly not on my part . It’s clear that there isn’t much buying pressure ( despite the bond conversion and FC settlement...which were in theory good news)....so it’s not presently worth trying to trade . I did sell about 950k @0.626 in 2 trades at a near £1000 loss last week. But that was to buy 250k of shares elsewhere and not a reflection on this share, other than I think a proper bounce is still a way off . Up £1375 on that other trade so far . It’s always a risk though . GLA

Sure is mind bending, especially having stepped off a flight from NZ! Much appreciated though, even if I have to wait to properly digest! I had an order in to sell 250k @ 3.05 on Friday . Glad that wasn’t triggered .....I’ve moved it up to 4p now, and will possibly move it up again . The rest of my holding (1.75mil) is a longer play ... but being AIM one has to be very disciplined in not being sucked in to selling too early . An exciting week coming up . GLA

Well in the best Case RKB scenario of 27 million and assuming no further dilution.....then just about . But it would be a long haul and I doubt clp as we know it will exist by then....so hard to make a judgement . Dilution has held the share price back, so further cash recovery and no extra shares should see a rise....but cash from land is way off , and more unsecured creditors now in the queue with their caps out...

RKB: If we are worth £27 million, but conservatively manage to recoup £15 million after costs, by which time we may have closer to 1000 million shares (after further debt conversion/new ventures etc) in issue that would give 1.5p max + a bit more for any established revenue stream... and only after about 2/3 years of tough legal work to extract this cash.

Its like those funny sets of indoor fireworks we used to get as kids. Ultimately all rather disappointing.

I'd say 95 / 5 are more applicable odds...95 being the chance of a deal being done. And this is all just on one licence.

I will know the news before my flight....so always the chance of an early retirement, and a change of plans . However it is from a pot that was always used just for more risky AIM investments, and as such I have mentally surrendered myself to never seeing a penny of it on several occasions, although not thus far with this share . Thanks dickupham! Clarity amongst the impatience ....but then we are all feeling a little bit on tenterhooks, as it’s been a long wait, and so impatience is understandable . I moved more money from a badly performing share to here today, just under £10k in all. I’m well aware this may go down and the other one suddenly rise. That’s the risk, But I feel reasonably confident...without actually knowing anything . Last day of my NZ trip, so I’ll set my alarm to go off in a nice bar this evening;) Good luck to all long term holders ....and to the short term traders who may well be piling in tomorrow .
