I noticed something weird on my portfolio this evening: PERE share price is showing as 2.65p. I could have sworn it was 2.5p on the day it was suspended. Anyone else have this? I m with HL

Yesterday sp was 2.5p. Today it's 2.65p on lse. Our share is so hot it's moving even when suspended ;-)

Morning Okenia: so in other words, two types of share issues have been authorised. First type is dilutive and without existing holders getting proportional issue, second type is (for the future i.e. Within 15 months) with rights attached, correct?

DL said before mid July. So I expect news inside two weeks from here. Then some news shortly after, of funds raised with first asset. I think those sitting on side lines will join the action, so first day back should be busy. DL stated he would be happy with 3-4 assets in first year, so a gentle accrual every 3-4 months imho

I m so excited to be here at the start. It's different watching a company grow from a fledgling to something bigger, vs investing in a success story. I keep recollecting the words DL uses "create significant value for shareholders". Good luck all
