Morning folks, I was reading through the prospectus again over the weekend. It's convoluted no doubt, and needs an explanation podcast as Del suggests. My understanding from it: the company intends to make a first acquisition which may or may not fulfil RTO criteria (a small acquisition imho). My guess is that the sp will react positively to that acquisition, allow warrants to be cashed, raise some additional money. That additional money (with debt?) will allow a further "significant acquisition", i.e. RTO. They mention that the company may enter suspension yet again whilst this deal occurs, followed by relisting on one or more of these: main lse board premium or standard listing or AIM or even a foreign exchange (based on the company acquired I m assuming?) Have I got this sequence correctly? Comments welcome from more experienced investors
