So what do folks think of resolution 5 and resolution 6 in recent AGM, allowing additional 20% and 30% new share issues respectively. A portion of that appears to be with pre-emption rights removed for a 15 month period. Is this to dilute our legacy holders WTI and HCE? Or will their shares get transferred to current directors? I know the resolutions are pretty standard wording but surely the numbers matter, and I can't understand them. Any thoughts on those resolutions from more experienced here please?

Lithium assets that are near production/proven up are going to be cash cows. Those that need time may find themselves coming online when there's a glut (some say there will be a glut in 2019 due to excess flooding the market). Also Trump is reversing all the eco friendly policies of previous presidency, and here too we have got Gove who is a climate skeptic. Coal and oil shares picking up vibes. Not looking good for Mother Earth. But hey ho we know we are on a self destruct path. I ll stop moaning now lol

I don't think it will several months. My expectation is 4-6 weeks ie mid to late July, as most of the work required to list on main exchange was already in place (given they are on AIM)

Anyone find it strange not seeing an RNS signalling suspension? Hmm tomorrow?

The directors have 0.15% i.e. Less than 1% of shares in issue? That's the real disgrace imho

DL was rather smug when asked about where he sees this company in a years time. "Significantly bigger" and with atleast 3-4 assets was the reply. Considering CAF languished with just one zinc asset for a number of years, I d be very happy with that assessment.

Thanks Del. Never been in a share that suspended...I m all topped out. If this goes into double figures, I might experience mania. Just out of curiosity, what are people's expectations on the sp here, in 6 months time? I know it's all guess work for fun

My two pence: I think management may well have bought some shares below the reportable threshold, before the closed period. Time will tell but I expect them to be significant holders after capital raise: its mentioned in the investor presentation that they will put their money in.
