Okenia: thank you for your comments..what do you make of the mention of a reverse take over, in the prospectus? The RNS does mention a "significant acquisition". Is an RTO being planned?

Bythesea: I understand and share your frustrations, I've got a big chunk here too. But my instinct isn't ringing any alarm bells here. In the last five months, DL has communicated regularly, and stuck to time frames. I for one don't intend to sell at a loss, my av is 2.9p. Far too many times I've sold at a loss, to see the share recover, sometimes within weeks. In reality the story hasn't even started. Of course it's best to go with your instinct and do what you are comfortable with. Good luck

Hi folks, just going through the prospectus. It mentions the possibility of a reverse take over. Is that the aim here? Who is Mark Lancaster? I What does Okenia think of the prospectus? Could he/she comment please

There's plenty more in the prospectus: phone battery nearly zero. Two new investors: Gati El jabouri, mark Lancaster; about 25% in safe hands. NO salary to any directors till reverse takeover completed? What does that mean? I think there are rabbits in that hat. "Until the Company is able to execute upon a transaction that would constitute a reverse takeover, the Directors have agreed that no salaries will be paid."

Art: that figure is true last time I checked, you can google lse regulations, for main market listing. In fact there was talk of lowering it further when we leave the EU. I think the other restrictions put junior explorers off moving listing, such 10% share issue beyond which a new prospectus is needed....

Art123: a company needs minimum mcap of £700k to list on main market. I am disappointed no doubt like everyone invested here with the raising price, let's see how the story unfolds. Teams need time and latitude, it's too early to judge where this will be in 3-6 months...good luck all

Hi Okenia: the shares issued to raise 1million at 2.17p in Dec 2016, had warrants attached. And the conditions to sell were: not before 6 months from issue (at which point shares were suspended), and secondly under orderly market conditions blah blah. So those warrants should be mentioned as part of full dilution? Is that accurate or wrong to assume?

So the fullly diluted share issue would be 81m plus about 36m? I'll just keep having a conversation with myself....

Lets not forget those new shares issued had warrants attached at 4.34p.

I hope HCE and WTI shares will return to management...that would be a good 25% chunk of current issue.

WTI has been struggling with capital costs, copper prices. Anyone have any ideas how this may play out? Will pere management be able to buy their shares, thereby gaining a slice of equity outside open market, and at same time giving WTI the much needed cash?

So what news this week? UKLA approval gained to relist?Then news on funding? Both together? What size funds do you think have been raised? And the million dollar question? At what price? Of course with warrants attached Exciting week or two ahead.....
