DYOR: I think the time line for first deal was extended from Q3-4, to Q4-Q1 18. Fair enough, three more months is nothing in the course of negotiations, legal process etc. Xmas and new year sees a lull so wouldn't expect paperwork to proceed much. News prexmas would be very welcome though

Newbie: this company is new. It's only using the previous shell. Yes, the share raising price was very disappointing. Most who got in pre suspension are sitting on a loss. I m sitting on a 15k loss. For me, there's more to be lost by realising those losses than waiting. First deal is expected Q4 17-Q1 18. That's not such a long time, considering the deal will put us straight on the treadmill (i.e. The asset/co will be permitted, having a resource estimate in place, ready to produce or even already produced previously). People wait years on AIM juniors for an asset to be drilled, studies done, permits etc. This will generate revenue in next 12 months possibly. Good luck whatever you decide...

Okenia: I agree. The recent interview hinted at some transactional value being lost, given the sectors resurgence. Let's hope there's still enough transformational value in the acquisition/s. On an unrelated matter, shouldn't the draft prospectus on website have been replaced by the final one accepted by UKLA? Also, wondering if anyone here gets RNSs from PERE directly via the sign up service? I certainly don't, despite emailing the co several times and infact contacting Haywood Sener who run the website.
