The statements about value creation state: significant value creation via capital growth initially (to me that’s =short term = 6-12 months) and aims to distribute dividends MEDIUM term (that’s 1-3 years?) Folks may remember betaville which was leaking info early days here. I asked Rolf Gerritsen in IR wtf that was about, and also whether the company had traced the leak, or actually encouraged it? Rhetorical q I knew and didn’t expect any reply. Anyways, unsure if there’s still a leak, which will send us signals. (Rolf is gone) If I buy anymore here, I’ll need a seat right next to DL and PB at the curry house :-)

Only 21 working days to new year! The last RNS stated the team was trying to wrap a deal up within calendar 2017. It would be foolish to sell now. Just my two pence opinion.

The time frame is what it is: Q4-Q1 18. Patience is the only solution, unless one wants to lose a chunk of capital. Good luck all

I don’t recollect reading that anywhere. Six month hold was for those who participated in the Dec 2016 raising at 2.17p. I may be mistaken...

That was the whole 20k ISA allowance purchased at 1.6p in the placing. Bit silly if you ask me. But maybe they needed the funds or see opportunities elsewhere. They will have to make about 16% just to break even. Now that they have sold, expect news tom ;-)

Copshaw: bythesea echoes your thoughts. The price has to go beyond double, before many of us are even breathing above water. It will happen. We have waited patiently for several months, through a suspension, revised listing plans and nearly 13 weeks since relisting. Whilst some folks have sold and been chasing rainbows. The wait will be worth it IMHO. Good luck all

I was reading interviews done by Adam Melnik and Spencer Davey in 2015, their career paths and aspirations. Ambitious and level headed people, adding youth to the Pembridge team. People may have noticed what’s happening at Vedanta: Indian company which just increased its smeltering capacity at one plant to 800,000t. 37% increase in EBITDA. Adam works in the Vedanta CEOs office. All good things come to those who wait. I m not fussed if it takes Q1 for news. Pre Xmas would be nice :-)

The timeline in the pp presentation was Q4 17-Q1 18. But recent RNS stated maiden deal was being closed hopefully before end of calendar year. So less than 7 weeks to news hopefully.

Bythesea: all well heeled individuals from what little I saw. Mark Lancaster founded SDL over 25 years ago: a company looking at digitalising customer experience: it’s got a turnover over 250m, but he’s left it few years ago. Shareholder activism is probably good: keeps checks and balances. So all in all, not the type of people who will sell their stakes merely for small gains I imagine. So I viewed the info in positive light. The question to ask is: are these people part of the company’s previous network or not. (Gati was part of DLs network). If Okenia or anyone else knows anymore, we would really appreciate it being shared.

Having googled Mark Lancasters no end, I reckon its the ex-SDL guy. Or I m hoping it is :-) Can Okenia ask DL please?
