Bones: My suggestion is to read carefully, the RNS describing the open offer and strategy shift going into 2018, dated 13th December. It has a lot of info. I found of particular interest: “The Company will also look to acquire interests in complementary innovative and DISRUPTIVE technology focused businesses. The Board has a considerable number of contacts with attractive opportunities within these areas and would like to use the Company as a platform to identify and exploit these opportunities to maximise value for Shareholders.� The Directors have considerable experience in managing technology enabled businesses in a global environment and believe that they can identify investment targets which will be complementary to the Company's current business.” “With Strat Aero in a strong position, the Company intends building on its existing expertise to pursue a strategy of identifying and ACQUIRING interests in companies in a similar position to Strat Aero, specifically companies with products and or services and intellectual property in the disruptive technology space.” So looking at acquiring new assets, upgrading a lot of existing hardware and software, IP....very interesting year ahead. Ok I'll answer my own question-it was Align "suggesting" that AI and Blockchain are good areas to get into, and also that their discussions with TB had been very positive in outlook. Interesting times. DYOR as always. Good luck all

Just trying to work out major share holders given the company website is outdated P Ryan: 153m I Mclure: 142m A Oliver: 100m (? +74m assume he participated in recent open offer, Optimist honestly no pressure to reveal here) Bradshaws: Sold their 80m stake in Oct-Nov N Burton: 142m T Brown: 971m That's a total of 1582m shares, or about 30% of total issued. This is not accounting for the recent placing that raised circa 510k (with fees paid in shares) all of which I imagine will not be significantly flipped till the share price is much higher. Anyone care to comment on where this rumour of Aero getting into blockchain comes from? (was it Align? Wheres the evidence?) Thanks in advance

From the recent RNS: "Brown, aged 71, subscribed to 58% of the shares issued as a result of the AIM-listed firms 1.45 billion share placing to raise GBP510,000. As a result, Brown ended up with a holding of 971.4 million shares in the company which is equivalent to a 25.5% stake in the enlarged share capital." 58% of the 1.45 billion shares is 841 m shares. In other words he purchased the remaining 130 m shares on open market previously? Or am I getting that wrong?

I m feeling impatient but not less hopeful. I do need to keep revisiting the team’s previous experience, their Bloomberg pages and the interviews, to remind myself why I m invested in the first place. Even if the market’s improving makes negotiating that bit harder, it will still happen, albeit taking bit longer. Having held patiently for a year, through suspension, relisting with a painful landing, now is certainly the wrong time to sell. The darkest hour is before dawn. Just my two pence. Good luck folks

Cash2: Okenia posted his/her thoughts on the model and how it might operate. I don’t see any point in copying and pasting, please refer to those posts. I do acknowledge it’s difficult for the average investor (I see myself as a novice) to get their heads round the model. Anyways, we are now in the quarter where some news is imminent.
