That’s not really a balanced view point of what TB did at MRS is it? It was suspended for 6 m +. NB and TB turned things around. In the same 8 months. It’s not a charity, so he’s taken his pound. Yes TB has been reducing his holdings, but it looks like big chunks have been picked up by major holders? NB himself has continued loading up. The operational update at MRS looks very positive. (I m not in MRS) Maybe TB likes the challenge of turning things around and once it’s done, it gets boring, so off to next. The RNS in which TB resigned spoke glowingly of his efforts, stated he’s focussing on new ventures. So he’s moved on and proportionately reduced his skin in the game. I’d say that’s transparent alignment. I’ve been in aero for the last 6m+, watched it sinking. Aero was a dog share, and was heading to zero. Revitalising it, making it a viable business again will come at a price. Him/NB are the reason so many have reconsidered this share. I do see your point about consideration to exit: that’s for each holder to decide. Some will sell on the spikes. Others may reconsider holding if the storyline is compelling and there’s massive potential ahead. Happy to be corrected. Just my two pence view point. DYOR. Good luck all

I don’t know if PIs realise what a big hitter PB is. He’s been helping organise PDAC for decades. Incredible industry connections. There isn’t a jurisdiction or metal he hasn’t worked with. He has rarely taken board positions in the recent past, choosing to provide independent advice/consultancy. The fact that he has agreed to join the PERE team is a big positive. Just my humble opinion. DYOR.

The buys and sells are all bs. I topped 5k worth this morning, split it to get a better price. Did some reading on NB last night. NUOG was amongst AIM toppers and did 1447% between Aug 16 and July 17. Two astute directors who walk the walk. DYOR as always. Good luck all

The company appears focussed on both steady improving revenue from scaling up of existing services (surveying contracts and training) and some add ons. Interesting times ahead. Imho. DYOR.

I think aerotoken had failure written all over it. But future ideas are often adopted from failed ventures. If you listen to people like Buterin, it’s clear that Blockchain has a bright future, needs time to develop beyond its current limitations, but there’s a definite hype in investor expectations short term, and most ICOs are going to fail at some point. (He says 90% Atleast). Another thing I found worrying was the ease with which you can leverage your credit card to buy cryptocurrencies 24/7. When/if these coins tank, people will be left with expensive debt! Just my opinions here. DYOR.

Previous RNSs suggested that TB liked Aero’s turn around plans and joined as a strategic investor and BOD member. I have no doubt a road map was laid out before changes occurred. I would encourage people thinking of investing here to read on the MRS story, and TBs efforts in turning it around. Bizarrely enough I found a drone related block chain venture called Aerotoken, in the US. Very likely unrelated. DYOR. Good luck all

Hi DG: welcome :-) this is an SPAV (special purpose acquisition vehicle) listed on main listing so we are no longer on AIM. We have a team, their previous experience and achievements. But no assets yet. So you need to look carefully at the team, it’s calibre and make the decision on investing. Okenia stated some time back: the main risk is in execution. That’s the reason this is priced where it is. It’s taken it’s time fair enough and in the mean time the commodity sector has strengthened, but so has access to capital (latter point as per DL). I m impressed with the BOD, and have chosen to invest heavily in the people. Yes having an impressive set of individuals doesn’t always guarantee they will work well together. But DL has worked with few of the others before. His track record speaks for itself. Unfortunately I m about 45% down on this at moment (I got in first in the 2.5-3.5p days, kept topping up), it’s painful but i intend to hold for next 12 months, to see what they do. I don’t see any imminent red flags, happy to be corrected. Market is just waiting for news. DL has stated the aim being 2-3 deals in 12 months. The initial focus appears to be on investing in revenue generating production/near production assets. Should be very interesting soon. Just my humble opinions here. DYOR as always. Good luck

Dubz: Bradshaws sold out in Oct-Nov 17. Andrew Oliver posts here as optimist13. The shareholder info on aero website is old. They couldn’t keep up anyways on who owns what, going by the sheer number of shares issued since August 2017. Remember existing shareholders were offered shares in open offer, so Andrew likely owns more. IMO. DYOR

1.01 billion warrants issued recently. Only 85+35m cashed in so far. Could be completely wrong, please DYOR.

I agree Miller. If there’s any block chain or crypto sector entry, then anything’s possible. They mention acquisition/s to complement existing business. Then there’s possible news of other contracts as they upgrade their hardware. Improving the cash position (via warrants if it hits .2 etc) will give other agencies/businesses greater confidence to reward longer term contracts. I reckon question of solvency has been a big deterrent to new contracts. Just my two pence. DYOR as always.

Considering this company is on the cusp of massive change, it’s been a quiet civilised bb. Good thing I suppose :-) good luck all

Cheers Tradedesk. True transformation will take time and strategic direction from management, not just cash. So patience required definitely from our end, to realise potential. Of course many will sell on spikes, different folks different strokes. There are afterall a number of frustrated investors who have seen massive losses here, and they deserve every penny they can claw back. (The IPO was at 8p in 2014!)
