People are panicking due to past experience of money being stuck during suspension. It's the uncertainty which market hates, and therefore the punishing drop in sp. My two pence opinion is one shouldn't be investing in aim using money which you may need short term (I define that as 3-6 months atleast). So I don't think we will lose money here, it's a question of how patient you can be? And how much faith you have in your research and conviction/judgement? I like the narrative. And as Levi pointed out, a team ready to be flexible in strategy is a positive for me. If others see it as indecisive, they should act as per their own instincts. In 3-6 months we will know if it was opportunity or not. Good luck all

Benford: the RNS is very clear. We WILL go into suspension. The reason being purely regulatory milestones IMHO. Listing on main exchange is a process which takes time, and hence the share will be suspended. The only question remains, for HOW LONG we will be suspended. I reckon we will get some clarity on this in next few days. DL may have held back any interviews out of respect to the Manchester attack. Just speculating. The RNS also hinted that funding will include equity and NON EQUITY in the capital structure. In other words, NON dilutional capital. The fact that PIs have panicked shows how much of a knee jerk reaction we have to events. "This decision has been taken for a number of reasons associated with the rationale underpinning the nature of the investments that the Company might seek to make and the strict financial criteria for becoming an AIM Rule 8 Investing Company (which excludes certain non-equity commitments which the Company may wish to include in its capital structure)."

Morning folks....what terrible terrible news to wake up to today. Puts some perspective on investing, and what's important in our lives. Sp taking a hammering, I intend to top up today. Good luck all and stay safe

Wow so many negative posts. I don't see this news as entirely negative, of course I m allowed some bias as I m heavily invested here. Listing on the main exchange suits them better, so I say go for it. Yes it's high risk, but I m in, based on the calibre of the team. Selling in panic is the fastest way to crystallise any paper losses. I have no doubt some news will be released soon enough, clarifying things. I doubt sp will dip. But I m going to top up if I get a chance below 3p. I m expecting atleast another 300 million shares (3p would give about 9 million raise). Who knows, anything could happen to sp as its sentiment driven till news gets digested.

I agree Chaz. To my mind, the fact that sp is holding at 3pish, indicates market guesses this is near the placement price...so no big drop after placement hopefully.

This will be a watershed point IMHO. I think the RTO/shell issue and deadline of June put off investors. Cashed up, and assets lined up, this will be a different beast. Good luck all

I just topped up paying 3.39

Been watching and listening to various videos and audio interviews (sad I know lol). The more I listen, the more emphatic and unequivocal the message gets: excellent share holder value creation is the priority. I m not expecting any news tomorrow necessarily, but something before the week ends would be great. Good luck all
