............ update, can be found on the CyanConnode website, within the InvestorMeet/CyanConnode Q&A video, from Friday 31st May, 2024. The question that was asked was Question 28 - 01:15:40 into the presentation:-

" The UK Smart metering Programme has been going through some various stages for many years now, with CyanConnode's involvement within that rollout, expected to be towards the end of the programme.

" There was a report out recently that stated that the UK's smart meter roll-out was " ...... lagging ....... " behind our European counterparts.

" From a CyanConnode perspective, can you give any details on the progress with the UK Smart Metering Roll-Out so far and when are CyanConnode likely to be directly involved in the roll-out?"

Heather went into some detail on this question, as well as again explaining that the majority of CyanConnode's involvement will come towards the end of the programme, although CyanConnode have had an involvement within the UK rollout, for some time.

From my understanding of a share buy-back and with CyanConnode being at this particular stage in its development, I would prefere that CyanConnode kept the £2m to spend on developing the Company and future projects.

Especially if the smart meter projects land like we hope that they will, for CyanConnode. Just a different point of view and a personal preference.

According to the 17th July, 2024 RNS, it could very well be significant in revenue generation. Both for the utilities concerned and for CyanConnode. In my opinion, of course.

But we will have to wait for official confirmation on revenue generation, for 2023/2024, from the CyanConnode Final Results. These particular 4 projects, should officially be recognised in the 2024/2025 results, as the SATs recognition did not come until after the year end.

But there's plenty of time, along with any other projects that will start to contribute.

Thank you for the reminder, this morning on the smart meter potential and impact, in India. It was appreciated.

I was also reminded by the RNS this morning, that CyanConnode had previously received two orders from Bihar. One from IntelliSmart, for 300,000 Omnimesh Modules, during October 2023 and the other being from Genus Power, during August 2022, for 1 million Omnimesh Modules.

Maybe an update on these projects and others, will come later or even something for the " Post Period Highlights " in the Results towards the end of July 2024. As we understand it.

As we have been informed, this morning, CyanConnode has recieved SAT's and Project Go-Live confirmations for 4 on-going projects in India. They are:-

- Jabalpur - in colaboration with MonteCarlo for MPKVVNL

- South Bihar - in collaboration with IntelliSmart and Genus for SPBDCL

- Madhya Gujarat - in collaboration with IntelliSmart for MGVCL

- Assam - for APDCL

Interestingly, IntelliSmart mentioned the SBPDCL project in South Bihar a couple of days ago, on X ( twitter )

The EESL contract in Bihar, which commenced deployment during January 2019, has been re-visited since the last report, with the original Sactioned smart meter numbers to be deployed re-instated, now standing at 10.30,000 ( 1,030,000 )

Good afternoon all,

HPL Electric & Power, as far as we understand it, is a Partner of CyanConnode, that is also on the REC Empanelment List. So we will have to wait and see how this smart meter contract for HPL developes and if any RF requirements eventually come CyanConnode's way.

I note that " ...... a substantial order for smart meters from one of its major customers ....... ", is all the detail that has been released at the moment, on the end user. Which is not suprising. More details will no doubt be released, in due course.

....... signed during February 2023, for initially 3 million Omnimesh Modules + add-ons, has yielded orders from 5 different utilies, for 1,965,331 Omnimesh Modules. The 5 different utilities are PVVNL, DGVCL, MGVCL, SBPDCL and MVVNL.

With the original Strategic Framework Agreement some two-thirds the way through to completion, order wise, over the last 18 months and the number of Awarded smart meters that are waiting to be processed through various AMISP'S, coming in at 100m+, it will be interesting to see the future development of the SFA, as far as extention or renegotiation is concerned.

The original SFA, as I read it, does not seem to have an end date, so it is not time sensitive for delivery.

But with the delivery over the last 18 months, through the SFA, to 5 different utilities, the next stage of progress should prove to be very interesting indeed.

As I have mentioned many times over the years, confidentiality has always played a big part in what CyanConnode and for that matter, any other Company, can give out in information generally and within an RNS.

Keep the competition guessing and be as specifically minimalistic with information as is possible, until the time is right.

Frustrating for investors, but neccessary in business.

The dots are beginning to reveal a very encouraging picture for the future, I personally feel. If you interpret them in the same way as I do.

As you suggest tonyj, the CyanConnode website is a good place for any prospective investor ( or existing investors ), with Presentations and Videos, Press Releases, RNS's, Share-holder Information, Investors, Directors Talk Interviews, etc., that should be enough to get anyone's interest initially, if they are interested in investing in CyanConnode.

But the same goes for any Company, that potential investors want to get invested in.

There is a substantial amount of information on the CyanConnode website and additionally through different news outlets. Far more than there was a few years ago.

All in my opinion, of course.
