Thank you for the additional information Vas, on Saltzer Electronics, it is appreciated and interesting that they have a similar target market, in some areas, to CyanConnode, as you have indicated.

DigiSmart, Saltzer Electronics and Rays Power, were all empaneled around the same time and I passed on some information on each of the Companies on 23/05/2024.

But the report that you posted containing various pieces of information, from Saltzer Electronics, seems to follow the format used by Genus Power , for their " Earnings Conference Call " reports.

Are they connected in some way, do you know?

No problem tonyj.But as John has already indicated, in answer to your " How do you see AMISP working for CC ...... ", CyanConnode will judge these opportunities on a case by case basis. Sorting out which is the best way forward, both strategically and operationally, for CyanConnode.

And I see the CyanConnode AMISP empanelment, as an opportunity to demonstrate the overall Project Management skills and experience which the Company has accumulated over the years, especially in India.

And may even extend CyanConnode's Company Profile, in the process. Which I see as another plus, for the Company.

Thank you for the clarification on the point that you raised.

As I understand it, CyanConnode will not be providing the Cellular network as such. Just an RF solution/module that is compatible with Cellular. The Cellular Network will be provided by a regular Certified, Cellular Provider.

From the CyanConnode report:-

" The expansion of the Omnimesh range of products, with Cellular capability, will both compliment RF Mesh connectivity and further increase the functions of the communication solution, to meet market demands."

So I see the Omnimesh Cellular products, as an RF solution that is provided as an addition to an existing Cellular Network, both in India and globally.

Prime Minister Modi has, as you have indicated, won the India General Election, but with a reduced majority and no overall majority. But he has won. So there will need to be some ongoing negotiations, to get things done. Unlike the last two Indian Parliaments when the BJP had an overall majority.

On your other point, about CyanConnode trying for a Cellular certificate, because of the new responsibilities that being an AMISP brings, I am not sure that they have to, as I do not see CyanConnode providing Cellular only. The Company that supplies the Cellular, should be fully compliant.

And as CyanConnode launched their Cellular/RF Metering Products during 2018 and have been supplying Omnimesh RF/Omnimesh Cellular Modules since 2021 in India, I would imagine that all the accreditation was in place that is required, before the AMISP accreditation was issued.

But we will have to wait and see if anything else is required, as time goes on.

- Tenders Awarded for 107,900,000 smart meters.

- Tenders L1 Decided and LOA under Process for 30,000,000 smart meters.

- Tenders under Evaluation for 40,900,000 smart meters.

- Tenders for Ongoing Smart Meters for 12,180,063 consumers. ( All the Ongoing Tenders had a due date for completion by 23/05/2024 ).

Personally, I think you are very close, with your 12:42 post yesterday. It all depends on what an individual is trying to convey and the information that they want to/are able to give out.

If I might suggest, as an example, a project that has no Awarded contracts, as yet, to try to make my point.

- TANGEDCO/Tamil Nadu has 30,000,000 Sanctioned smart meters.

- A potential/possible 3m smart meter contract is Awarded, of which CyanConnode receive potentially, an order for 1.5m Omnimesh RF Modules.

- That is 1 contract Awarded, for 10% of the overall opportunity in Tamil Nadu, of which CyanConnode receives 50% of the smart meter contract, but only 5% of the overall opportunity in Tamil Nadu, but only 0.6% of the total number of circa 250m smart meter opportunity in India.

Personally, I will leave it up to John and Heather to sort it out and what goes where.

Good morning all,

John Cronin did mention during the InvestorMeet Presentation, that DigiSmart would be funded by/through Infrastructure Funds that are there for the long-term. So the length of the smart meter projects, does not seem a problem for these funds, as long as everyone makes money.

Separate SPV's will be used for individual projects, which have different start dates and different finish dates. John also mentioned that there may be a 6/9 month delay before share-holders see DigiSmart actually making headway. There still seems like a lot of work to do, before that happens.

A good recap Vas, to which I would like to add:-

- DigiSmart - the ongoing projects will be considered on a case by case basis - whether to go down the AMISP route or whether to proceed as normal.

- We are now working with 12 meter manufacturers in India.

- DigiSmart is 100% owned by CyanConnode.

- Ratna moved for family reasons.

- Tax credits will still be claimed for R&D updates of Omnimesh Solutions and any other developments.

- Looking to integrate the Gateways into the meters and off poles.

- CyanConnode may look at a Duel Listing, if they think it is appropriate.

- Values will not neccessarily be put on all order confirmation RNS's, for confidentiality reasons. Very sensible, in my opinion.

To finish off, a very good investor presentation, I feel. With plenty to consider and mull-over.

Had an afternoon ten-pin bowling this afternoon, very enjoyable.

But as you rightly pointed out Vas, in your 11:14 post, Ratna has been active in both Companies since October 2023. So as you have also confirmed, neither Company has acknowledged his transfer from CyanConnode to NCC Ltd. So far.

Maybe it suits all parties for that to be the case.

As NCC Ltd has been acknowledged as a potential End Customer of CyanConnode's, for some time now and still is as far as I know, its not like he has gone to a competitor.

If you read the first paragraph under Financing Structures, the report confirms - " Given the strong revenue visibility under the AMISP contracts, coupled with DDF machanism, Indian tenders, both banks and NBFCs have demonstrated sufficient appetite for financing smart metering projects and are keen to fund reputed players entering the segment."

Within the CyanConnode AMISP RNS confirmation, CyanConnode state that " Following a rigorous testing process DigiSmart has successfully demonstrated an end-to-end Advanced Metering Infrastructure ( AMI ) prepaid solution on its Omnimesh RF network."

So as the PFI Report confirms, CyanConnode must come in to the " .... reputed player ...... " category. Which coupled with CyanConnode's Indian and global experience, over the years, you can understand why.
