RE: CyanConnode's business model .....25 Sep 2024 14:52
Good afternoon tonyj,
I agree that CyanConnode are in a very favourable position at the moment, with the potential for orders and especially with the 6.5 million Omnimesh order placed with CyanConnode during August, 2024.
I do not look on the increase in staff as a draw-back, just forward planning. The same applies to laying out for materials. and R&D. Again, as I see it, forward planning.
I do not remember Heather saying that CyanConnode did not need more money. What Heather did confirm, at least I think it was Heather, was that that a Placing wasn't in their current plans. This was during May 2024. Something changed. Heather I think, went on to confirm, that:- " We're always looking at alternative funding and do invoice discounting where possible. Also looking at working capital facilities in India."
I see the recent fundraise, at a 17.6% premium, as evidence of the " .... alternative funding ...... ".
As I have mentioned before, a Placing for expansion, which is what I see the recent fundraising being for, is better the a Placing for survival, which I am confident we are passed now.
Take care, tonyj. The view is a lot clearer from here on in, but with still a few twist and turns to contend with, no doubt.
LTI.
