Personally mcgoof, the " ..... strengthening their hand ...... " point that you made at 09:30 today, is the one I have been leaning towards since the Placing and Subscription was announced. And also taking into account the complex negotiations involving possibly IntelliSmart and others, according to the August 1st, 2024, RNS, could go on for some month's.

So, the Panmure Liberium quote about " CyanConnode Strengthening it's Position with a Bright Future Ahead, is the way I am viewing this.

We do not know for sure, gizmo, if the two events are linked. That being The Placing and Suscription and the Statement re Media Speculation, on August 1st, 2024, which according to the RNS, the speculation was specifically about IntelliSmart.

But CyanConnode also confirmed in the August 1st, 2024 RNS, that CyanConnode " ..... is actively exploring various funding opportunities to further enhance its growth and operational capabilities."

So there may be more than one funding opportunity being negotiated at the moment. I do not know, so we will have to wait and see where this leads us.

I would say that the bar is being set very high. Very high indeed.

Harvey Robinson further noted, " CyanConnode's growth in the Indian market has been impressive and the recent contract win will ensure a solid revenue stream over the next several years."

A poster/share-holder, asked a very specific question, after giving some criticism of Peter Tyler and Bjorn Lindblom, the question being, " How do we start getting one or two of these individuals removed/replaced?"

As any share-holder will know, there is a Form of Proxy that can be used every year, to vote on various Resolutions. So why ask a question, that any share-holder should already know the answer to. You vote as you wish, sign the voting card and just pop it in the post.

Genus, El Sewedy Electrometer, EDMI and Landis&Gyr, are some of the original Cyan(Connode) OEMs that are still linked with CyanConnode, although they have not been publically participating with CyanConnode to any extent, over recent years. Landis&Gyr still do in the Nordics, I believe and Schneider Electric have collaborated on some smart meter projects with CyanConnode over recent years.

So the opportunity to integrate CyanConnode's technology into any of the Meter OEMs on CyanConnode's Customer and Partners list, would be a very encouraging development indeed.

As the presentation confirms, CyanConnode have numerically similar compatible sized smart meter opportunity outside India, as it has inside India. The Omnimesh Solution is a :- " Vendor agnostic model allows multipleroutes to market " and also " CyanConnode's Omnimesh platform can be applied to a range of smart city applications, including electricity, gas, water, street lighting and EV chargers."

Also, on the Partners front, CyanConnode:-

- " Have formed deep relationships with major local partners in its target geographies, which hugely enhances ability to win and deliver landmark projects.

- " Have integrated its technology into a number of major global meter manufacturers devices, meaning it can now rapidly deploy its technology with these OEMs on new projects."

Interestingly, Adani is a new addition to the CyanConnode " End Customer " list, which I had not seen before.

As we are aware, CyanConnode has an opportunity within the Indian Smart Meter Programme, of initially 250 million smart meters, which may have increased with the ongoing construction of new housing and appartments, since the 250 million figure was first envisaged, a few years ago.

Outside of India, CyanConnode also has an addressable smart meter market opportunity of 243 million smart meters, in countries such as Malaysia, Indonesia, Bangladesh, Azerbaijan, Nepal, Oman, Vietnam, Germany, Various African countries and countries classed as Others.

This is outside CyanConnode's ongoing smart meter markets in India, UK, Sweden, Finland, Abu Dhabi, Dubai and Thailand.

So an interesting future that we can look forward too. In my opinion, of course.

An interesting comment from John Cronin, within the RNS this morning:-

" CyanConnode has recently secured a substantial new order for 6.5 million Omnimesh modules. Additionally, the Company is engaged in several R&D projects aimed at enhancing it's product suite to strengthen its competitive edge."

Very good news, I feel, on the R&D front, along with the R&D tax credits, of course.

In addition to the Axia investment being used for providing ongoing working capital for growth and for strengthening the Company's balance sheet, there is an interesting under " Use of Proceeds."

- x Find the setup of a hardware product design lab in India, to enable a ramp-up of operations in that market, including development of additions to the Omnimesh product suite.."
