It " ... delivers ..... " in that CyanConnode have confirmed that a possible opportunity, is now an RNS'able opportunity. To me, that is significant.

As you say, " .... the agreement has been signed in August 18 ....... " With the speed of implementation, being highlighted in India, concerning the L&T/CyanConnode/MPWZ RF project, until we are told about specific revenues and contribution, we will not know.

A very encouraging development and delivers on one of a " ........ large pipeline of opportunities ........ " mentioned in the Placing Document, that CyanConnode were/are looking to develop and were enthusiastic about, at the EGM.

And also goes some way to give share-holders encouragement about the development and growth of RF projects, globally.

It is encouraging to learn, from the L&T/CyanConnode/MPWZ project, that the building of the Partner Infrastructure over the years, seems to be beginning to show benefits and progress.

Also the development/introduction of the Omnimesh solution, coupled with the training of local CyanConnode and Partner staff/employees, has benefited/will benefit the further implementation of future projects, with CyanConnode Partners. And further enhance the scale and speed of implementation.

And the strengthening of Anil's India Team, also bodes well for the future for CyanConnode in India and the volume orders, that share-holders have been looking forward too, may not be too far away.

An interesting passage from the report, but it is all interseting:-

" CyanConnodes technology, has enabled a fully automated provisioning process, from network discovery to Head End System to Meter Data Management System ( MDMS ) On day one of the implementation, more than 200 meters were installed, with the data at the MDMS available within minutes of meter deployment. The advantages of self-healing RF mesh networks, have already been observed during cellular network outages."

Relates to the L&T - MPWZ project.

The Proposed Placing document, I think is the latest RNS from the Company that gives the information that CyanConnode can provide, along with some regional progress.

As far as ruling anything out is concerned, I would't rule anything out. Or definitely say, that something is going to happen. CyanConnode have a projected revenue income that they are hoping to achieve. The end of the year figures, will give an indication if that has been achieved.

Of course we may be given an indication, if orders are received, with immediate cash attached. Time will tell.

But I personally would also look at the Global Capital Market area of the Canaccord portfolio and their Technology, Media & Telecoms sectors. Also the Blockchain & Digital Assets, that has been getting a lot of press lately, over the last 6 month's or so.

Within the Technology, Media and Telecoms sectors, they seem to have contacts, in " sub-sectors," as Canaccord put it, including possible CyanConnode related areas of business, such as the Internet, Internet of Things, Software, Hardware and Tech-enabled Services.

Canaccord Genuity could be a very interesting Company, for CyanConnode. With many contacts. Obviously investing approximately GBP1.3 miilion in CyanConnode, they also find CyanConnode of interest, also.

......... mirrors AMI roll-out & security concerns, with growth in Europe through roll-outs in France, Italy and the UK, in smart electricity and smart gas meters, to increase by 80%, between 2018 and 2023.

Data transfer and security, is high on the list. From the report:-

" The report outlines four key principles to ensure smart electricity and gas meter security and they include:-

- Data can only be sent from a trusted source. This requires identification technology in all smart meters, based on private key infrastructure ( PKI ) and managed from the factory.

- The exchange of data should be among trusted entities, requiring mutual authentication between meters, gateways and back-end systems, through PKI.

- To ensure that only authorised servers can read the data, all communications should be encrypted, to safeguard integrity and privacy. As new security threats arise over time, it is essential that systems are up-gradable."
