As you have confirmed, HPL are the third meter manufacturing Company, to have CyanConnode integrated into their meters. The Investors Event in London recently and the EGM meeting on Monday, 5th November, 2018, in Cambridge, was also encouraging in confirming what was said in the Placing Document, which you have quoted from.

There does seem to be, as you have highlighted, an increasing number of utilities tabling tenders for a greater volume of RF focused meters, than there were 12 months ago.

Which I am sure all genuine CyanConnode share-holders, will be encouraged by.

I asked at the EGM, who our main competitors were at the moment, but possibly not the only competitors and both Trlliant and SilverSpring, were mentioned.

Also included in your list of meter manufacturers, that have the CyanConnode solution already integrated/built-in to their meters, is I believe HPL.

...... as mentioned yesterday, in the Use of Proceeds section ( Page 3 ) are using the funding/working capital, to give the Company the financial leverage to go to suppliers and purchase components on better terms. Giving the Company better margins, rather than paying extortionate, loan repayments.

......... did consider other options for funding, loan's in particular, that were mentioned at the EGM. But these various types of loans carried a hefty interest rate, some of 18%+, for various/different forms of funding. That is why the Company chose the form of funding that it did, even though it meant further dilution, for everybody.

And it also gave share-holders, as well as institutions, directors and senior managers, the opportunity to take part in the Fund Raising.

GBP5.4 million, at 18%+ interest, is a tidy slice of the working capital, in repayment terms.

Thank you for your concern, but all sorted now.

I am glad everything got sorted, via RNS. I have since had a reply to my e/mail to the the Company this morning and the delay was due to the brokers double checking the finer details, relating to the settlement and open offer.

So all sorted on that account, too.

The proceeds from the Placing, are to be used to progress the Company, but not only with working capital. It describes, on page 3, how the future expansion of the Company, is planned.

- Delivery and execution of orders - procurement of components and manufacturing to secure best terms with suppliers and best margins on products.

- Sales and marketing and business development activities in new territories.

- Integration with new meter manufacturers to expand footprint.

- Project support in existing and new territories.

- Expansion to the team in India.

The expansion to Anil's India Team, suggest's that further progress in India, is being anticipated.

Sorry for the delay. Had a long day. All resolutions were passed and funding will be completed during the prescribed time-scale.

As we were told, in the Proposed Placing Document, CyanConnode has " ....... a large pipeline of opportunities in territories such as Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand and Ghana, that it is working on with partners. These opportunities are at various stages of completion."

Saudi Arabia can now, also be added to the list, as a possible opportunity.

As we have been made aware, on 28th February, 2017, Tech Mahindra and CyanConnode, signed a Memorandum of Understanding, whereby they " ....... agreed to collaborate to market, sell and deliver expertise, in narrowband mesh technology, for smart grid, smart city and Internet of Things ( " IoT " ) markets. As part of the collaboration, Tech Mahindra will integrate CyanConnode's enterprise-level Head End Software ( HES ) with leading Meter Data Management Systems ( " MDMS " ) and Enterprise Business Applications, to create an end-to-end, utility specific solution."

Just over 6 month's later, on 7th September, 2017, Anil joined CyanConnode, as Managing Director, India, from his position at Tech Mahindra, as Global Head & Vice President - Utilities.

......... of the India Smart Grid Forum, in the " New tenders for smart metering " section, there are six new tenders with a submission date during October 2018. Two of these tenders have quantities of smart meters included. The opening date is not given for the tenders. Only the submission date.

Kerala State Electricity Board ( KSEB ) has a tender out for 321,800 smart meters, with a submission date of 20th October, 2018.

Jammu and Kashmir Power Development Department, has a tender out for 100,000 smart meters in Jammu City and also 100,000 smart meters in Srinagar City, with a submission date of 18th October, 2018.

Do you mean the date of September/October 2017, from the EESL tender that more than likely CyanConnode and a few of our Partners, did not tender for, because of the specification of the tender.

If you have looked, as I am sure you have, you will have noticed that the posts from that period, have all been deleted.
