From the contracts that CyanConnode have signed/received, over the last 18 months or so, it would suggest that the Company can compete for business where an RF solution is required.
In Bangladesh ( Pre Omnimesh IoT) CyanConnode were assessed by our client, against LoRa, PLC and Sigfox and was found to be the most suitable and also very cost effective. So there were three other different solutions, that were being considered, for that one contract.
So there are reasons to be optimistic. But we will not win them all.
As far as EESL, or any other telecommunications companies generally are concerned, if they require an RF solution to complement their telecommunications offer, then CyanConnode can provide that. The recent Distribution Agreement with the UAE and Bahrain, seems to suggest " ..... the Company's portfolio of next generation technologies , includes solutions across focus industries, including Utilities, Telecommunications, Government and Business Solutions."
These various opportunities in themselves, in different global locations, may throw up different competitors. So the " list " may change, for different regions.
CyanConnode, I feel, can only provide what they can provide. And our RF customers, know what that is. With the possibility to " tweak " the solution, if required, if it is financially beneficial or viable.
A Company like Telefonica, is willing to work with the CyanConnode solution. Other telecommunications companies, may be of a similar mind to Telefonica. At the moment EESL, does not want or require, an RF solution, from CyanConnode, to complement their solution offer.
Whether that will change, time will tell.
But CyanConnode seem to be attracting the attention of potential Clients, in areas that are willing to consider CyanConnode's RF solution.
