Still, very good progress, which we know will not happen every day. But we hope that the share-price will continue in a mainly north/easterly direction, in the main, over the next few day's/week's/month's.

I wouldn't like to guess any investors expectations. But from here, with the potential that the management at CyanConnode have created and the position that we anticipate the Company are in, I might suggest that they are looking for a " multibagger."

£995k out of circa £5m is roughly 20% of the total Placing, so a confident investment, I would say.

With more declarations to come, if they breach a threshold.

An interesting perception by nick the greek, on ADVFN this morning at 10:58. From their post:-

" From what I understand, the raise was particularly well taken up by our current institution's and large pi's etc, with apparently plenty of interest outside the above, too. Nobody would buy in the open market in size, as it is too tightly held, but given the opportunity they came in spades.

" In fact maybe the Placees approached the Company?

" Either way, thats no small beer in this market at 17p i.e. no discount and at very short notice.

" The BOD having a mandate of anything up to 7m also tells a story as does their participation for for £110k.

" I am pretty sure we will see some reassuring percentage increase disclosures next week."

Seawolf, you gave some very good advice on one of your other threads, some time ago. And that was " The moral of this story is this, be patient."

Generally, if anyone buys shares in a Company one month, with the idea that they will be retired on a beach in Barbados the next month, share investment is not a good lifestyle plan. In my opinion.

CyanConnode is/was a developing Company, that has been built up over the years and is now in a very strong position in India, with other global regions gradually coming on stream.

So patience has always been the key with CyanConnode. Again, in my opinion.

Good evening Pedro, sorry I missed you earlier.

As far as the purchasing of essential components are concerned, I view this as being pro-active, rather than re-active. And if a Trading Update comes at a later date, then so-be-it. But as I mentioned earlier, there is enough information there that indicates progress for me.

There are also some other useful indicators within the 23rd January, 2023 Placing and Subscription RNS, on how the funding will be used.

From the RNS:-

" Use of Proceeds:

" The company contiues to go through a period of significant growth and in order to maintain momentum and enable further expansion, will use the net proceeds of the fundraising to:

- Strengthen CyanConnode's balance sheet, to give confidence to the Company's customers;

- Purchase essential components to ensure Omnimesh modules are manufactured and delivered on time;

- Scale-up production to ensure deployment of existing and future contracts;

- Support Indian partners, where required, in the tender process;

Seems like a comprehensive and well thought out plan, to me.

There was/is enough information, for me, within the Proposed Placing and Subscription document, not to need a further Trading Update.

A small step up yesterday, concerning the share price, while we wait for any anticipated order confirmation.

Ooooops, sorry. Jittery finger syndrome.

A 5 million unit order would be a good challenge to have. One that the senior management of CyanConnode UK and CyanConnode India, I am sure would relish, should it happen.

Placing or not, I doubt a 5 million unit order, would have a negative effect on the share price. Much like today.
