So a possible global MoU/Partnership in the making here, not just India.

.......... during Ramadan, has historically been a quiet time of year, order wise, for CyanConnode in India.

It is a Lunar Feast, as is our Easter, that moves every year to coincide with the Moon. That does not mean that there will definitely not be any announcements during this period, but I will be pleasantly suprised if there are any order announcements/activity, connected with India, before 20th April, 2023.

Ramadan is celebrated this year from 22nd March, 2023 to 20th April, 2023. And this year, Ramadan also coincides with the end of one Financial Year in India and the start of another Financial Year, in India. ( As well as the UK.)

So, some information that may be significant and of interest, over the next 3 weeks, or so.

Good morning all,

Multibagger has posted about a reply from CyanConnode, concerning the " ..... £7.2million .... " at 08:01 this morning.

" I have heard back from CYAN.

" Looks like Hardman has used a " highly conservative figure " of £12 per node/10 years. Therefore he is working on £12m for 1 million nodes over 10 years.

" 60% of £12m = £7.2million over the first two years.

" So NO significant margin erosion even given volume, just Hardman being cautious and conservative with volume figures and nothing wrong with that."

It is good to get some clarity and interpretation/explanation, on this particular point.

....... views being shared on this particular view-point, tonyj, not necessarily all to do with Zeus, so I will reply separately.

If that is the answer you were looking for, that is correst. The $20 per unit figure has been around and quoted for some time now and has lasted for a lot longer than I thought it would. But as more potential contracts are out to tender, the price per unit quoted will potentially reduce, because of potential volume.

Overall, going forward, it will also depend on the product mix that are sold during any financial year. If there are more potential licences, that are of less value, but require less involvement of the Company's time and resources but are possibly more profitable, along with the mix of hardware/software/maintenance contracts/etc, that will also have an effect on the overall figures, over an extended time-frame.

Another way of looking at the very good position that CyanConnode have developed themselves into, in my opinion.

But I see on ADVFN, yesterday, that multibagger is highlighting a possible " ..... typo .... " in connection with the " .... £7.2m ..... " which may need some clarification.

I tend to look at it differently. I would rather CyanConnode under-state and over-deliver, rather than over-state and under deliver.

CyanConnode has six monthly Interim and Annual results, with some Trading Updates from CyanConnode and other updates/information, now, from Zeus and Hardman&Co, to fill in the gaps, as you put it.

I agree, that John Cronin along with other senior CyanConnode personnel, have negotiated the Company into a fantastic position, within the smart meter/smart grid development in India. As well as I and others probably suspect, within the developing smart meter/smart grid market, globally.

And the different types of Company that are now aligning themselves with CyanConnode, is I feel, very encouraging and bodes well for the future.

So CyanConnode may have been have a dialogue with alfanar for some time.

Good news, I feel, with alfanar being another truly, global Company.

There isn't anything specific about CyanConnode, but there is a paragraph that details what was achieved:-

From the report:-

" On the sidelines of the MEE 2023 Exhibition, alfanar signed several strategic and partnership agreements with renowned regional and international companies, in various business sectors. The agreement's are in line with alfanar's vision of building distinguished business relationships that embrace technelogical advancement in manufacturing and product development and expanding horizons for its business activities in sustainable energy and digitalization."

Sounds very promising.

...... apparently also signed a MoU " ...... with Vibrant Energy India, to develope multi-green hydrogens and green ammonia products with a capacity of 36,500 tons per annum, as well as renewable energy projects for:-

- Solar Plants  ( 750 MW )
- Wind Plants  ( 500 MW )
- Inter-state Transmission System with land for wind-solar hybrid projects ( 5 :GW )

So it would seem that Alfanar Construction are planning to be busy with different types of companies, probably on a global scale, in the future.

Apparently Alfanar Construction have signed a MoU " ..... with CyanConnode India for joint co-operation and investment in global smart meter projects: Appointment of Advanced Metering Infrastructure Service Provider ( AMISP.)"

Could prove very interesting indeed, as it is for " ... global smart meter projects."
