Well, we have the best test, just need that CE and for the manufacturers to ‘crank up’ all that nice new shiny kit they’ve got. Note, manufacturers may include some or all of – Mologic / GAD, BBI, ABDX, ODX, Medusa19, TBC Asian outfit (?), TBC (really speculating now, but you never know) US outfit (?). Notice I didn’t suggest Innova, but please add to list as required.

Good points from Myles on Twit in response to a suggestion that AVCT should buy out ABDX.
Suggests manufacturing in Europe (as cheaper) and also notes Innova capacity expansion plans – so why not manufacture in Asia (did Sir Al say that?), we could even licence our Affimers to the Innova, now that would be interesting. ¥100bn CNY (ex-UK, EU, USA).

@Wilson63, indeed plenty of room. You will have noted that Sir Al was very clear in explaining the distinction between, and relative merits of, PCR and LFT in his results presentation. Slide 13 from ~06:40, for example (paraphrasing) ‘complimentary use of LFT and PCR has been poorly communicated’ and ‘combined give tools to prevent spread of SARS-CoV-2’.
So, given the undeniable advantage of Affimers as reagents in the LFT, why would NCYT develop their own Antigen LFT in competition to what will be the best (i.e. AVCT)? Why not just do a licensing deal with AVCT for Affimers, and make rapid use of the NCYT manufacturing capacity? Would seem like a win/win? Well, just a thought.
