Yes, Sir Al (or perhaps Tony Gardiner) should be able to use the 130% investment allowance vs tax. Also easier for folks with 'big brains' to get work in UK.

Mic code SINT MiFID II definition – “an investment firm which, on an organised, frequent and systematic basis, deals on own account by executing client orders outside a regulated market or an MTF or an OTF without operating a multilateral system".
I read that as an investment firm trading using their own account but on behalf of a client? Please correct as necessary.

Judging by the spread at the time I think, all things being equal, these should be buys – except for the first one? But anyone any idea why, apart from the first, they come in pairs? Double counting? Both ends of a buy/sell? Or indeed who might be buying?

Re HL, probably 'nominee accounts', those held by HL on behalf of PI's like you and me.
Would be nice to see a 'scroll down' of the Bloomberg terminal - I would really like to see where Conifer/Ruane are have put the 3.54%, also Premier Miton 4.63% - Baillie Gifford showing the 4.52%.
