7, Everyone here expects SEYE to win DMS contracts - it's expected so why would it be a surprise to anyone? It futher cements the normalisation of DMS into Auto production going forward. Both SEE and SEYE will get their share of the market.
Clearly you have researched SEYE as much as you have SEE and expect wins shortly - they are after all working hard at what they do. You will of course know what there DMS projected monetary volume expected is based on their DW's so if it that compelling invest there.

The broker notes expected this month will give the breakdown - of the reduction expected in fleet and also the Auto projections going forward. But of course the auto should have increased based on the fact that certainly for 1 of the brokers they haven't yet included BMW, Ford and the chinese win.

Opti, you need to research on what SEE will actually be providing to the Tier1 who provides the systems to the Auto OEMs.

Anyone else notice this is the first rns to quote in US$? Also previous year end update stated auto value of A$110m from the booked business. Whereas todays states US$100 which is about A$140m. So either GM is worth A$30m or something else has happened. Dont think we ever had a GM figure before. Also it states today that there is the potential addition of further vehicle models and volumes currently in discussion.

Good point Shallwe. I expect they (IIs)aren't stressing out on short term and probably see the rns bit where aviation and auto news may come soon. 2020 is still 2020. Bad day but lets see where we are by xmas (this year). Apologies if i sound a bit more positive. I took a big hit today too.

They clearly knew this was coming for months. I expect that they have contracts for auto, rail and aviation in/almost in the bag and chose to get this bad news out of the way first. Takeover or fundraise now back in the speculation discussions.

BMW almost certainly owns the intellectual property rights (IPR) to both the @SmartEyeAB & @seeingmachines based BMW DWs; thus FCA can't use it. In comp. SM owns the IPR for Fovio chip. This is why SM developed its own solution & is a critical commercial benefit over SE.

I thought Geely win was in addition to the previous Chinese win they had (thought to be Chery) but from what I can see this is just confirmation of the name of the first win. Anyone else see that?

From what i can remember Cenkos broker note were suggesting 19p - 12p for auto and 7p for fleet (but note there could be substantial upside)

Nothing factored in for IP, Aviation or Rail.

No surprise there - we knew back in May that Veoneer/SEE hadn't won the DMS for Geely from the Veoneer slides. Good on SEYE - shows that DMS will become the norm and will be in all auto's from now on. Also shows so far that pretty much the market is going for either SEE or SEYE.
