Had a big argument with a "macho man" friend last Apr, after visiting for 2 hour I asked how long since 2nd jab - "oh, not bothered about that - don't need any of it, you've got 15 years on me so no prob why you would be for it". I told him it was irresponsible visiting homes (he's a plumber) and no vax , at least we were on opposite sides of the room. told him he was being ridiculous even though he's as fit as a butchers dog. He left shortly after . Yesterday heard he and wife had covid, he is on holiday with NHS, on oxygen, coughing blood - his wife not so severe, still at home with kids (unaffected so far). 2 jabbed customers of his had symptoms on Monday (friends of my wife) - he fitted a new radiator for them last week.
I hope all who can get the jab on this BB have already done so, don't be an idiot. Some things are avoidable.

I hope we will be there by end of Oct., but even a modest RNS this week could spike us above 10p. News of a milestone payment would be even better and stabilise the sp sooner.

Merck did not trail the announcement of thei orange pill, it was kept under wraps umtil they were ready to announce, then wham bang, we get all the blurb, pictures of a bucket load of pills, and a throwing down of the gauntlet to the FDA. Why would wr be different?

That would be Merks molnupiravir capsule/pill. I believe the trial of 770 vulnerable victims of covid so showed no deaths for those allocated the drug, but several placebo recipients paid the price - my thanks for participating!

Mid year starts with Q3, and we are still in Q3. BOD may have had results weeks ago, but they do not have to tell us immediately. Cannot be far away though.

Becalmed suggests we are motionless due to circumstances beyond our control, and no means of propulsion. I see it as engines on tick over. We are ready to take off as soon as an agreement is reached. Which of the various agreements under discussion will materialise first is anyone's guess, but I suspect several agreements will follow in close succession. The b o d are negotiating on several fronts at present and possibly considering a takeover bid. Plans for clinical trials will need to be lodged within in a few weeks, so news must be imminent

No significant changes, though we might see FOMO kick in next week as I think October will have several RNSs to kick off Q4. If any of us could predict exact timings, we'd already be in the Bahamas.

Some of those 500k "transactions" were suspicious. They had unfamiliar codes so I tend to think of them as book keeping adjustments, especially if several "pairs" crop up within a couple of hours of each other. The psychology is to make the market believe there is activity (stiring the pot) and with no + or - sign, and no proper buy or sell flag, then four 500k transactions could be sell, buys, or 2 sets of conta entries cancelling out any genuine movement. If there is an odd number of such chunky entries I would look for another couple of items (say 150k +350k in this case) which would complete the ruse. I've seen accountants do it, so would not think MMs are exempt either. This sort of thing rarely happens, if it were not so it would prompt a change to the rules, and so would backfire.

There are enough strings on Sars bow that we still have a number of announcements to come, so it is not so much what is on offer from this patent - more a case of who would be able to use it? (i.e. which big pharma has a place for it in their catalogue?)
Such data could take quite a while to come out (NDA's) unless SAR already have a deal ready to sign, and even then it does not mean they'll put a signature on it until the day then want tp publish the news. Those Mysterons are everywhere (I think).

Of one thing I'm sure, the HNWI's have not put their money into a bottomless black hole. They will not be hanging aroung for a decade or more, waiting for a return. They will be expecting an increased valuation of their holdings, maybe every 6 months, but will be looking to liquidate those holdings within 2 years having seen products brought to market, preceded by various trials and acceptances. Several projects will be running in parallel, so when the BoD are ready to start sharing news/results the sp will escalate rapidly.
